Come and enjoy your vacation in this beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath home with New pool and patio, well equipped Kitchen, Outdoor BBQ. separate master suite with walk in closet and walk in shower, New window treatments (2021) new sofa (2021) vaulted ceilings, Super clean well cared for executive home in the golf course neighborhood, , Linens and towels replaced every year! ROKU TV, Easy boat parking. This home has King size beds in two of the bedrooms, and a queen bed in the third bedroom Beds are all new and TV's in each bedroom.New Sofa in living room, Large easy access parking area for your boat and vehicles and street parking too. The waterfall pool has a built in swim up bar. The patio features a built in BBQ with large patio covered area and outdoor furniture. WIFI and Cable TV is included. This home is located minutes from the Lake, several golf courses, restaurants, theaters, grocery stores and London Bridge. (Please note that for Holidays and Special Events the rental rates are higher.) New AC, no neighbors in back and on one side... very private.Pool is heated (for additional charge $75 for a weekend, $150 per week or $300 per month) Pool umbrella (shown) is in garage. This needs to be taken care of, we have bought (6 ), do not leave in the up position, the wind will break it. ( $60 charge for broken umbrella) Well behaved Dogs will be considered and potential renters agree to inspection before release of damage deposit. Pool cleaning happens on Mondays and Thursdays

The location was great for us being 3 minutes from the golf course and 10 minutes from London Bridge where we rented watercraft. The home itself was clean, the pool was refreshing and the grill got use almost every night. The backyard could use some shade as the afternoon sun was strong but that's the only downside. Communication with host was smooth. Highly recommended and we would stay again.

The home was clean and comfortable. Kathie was very helpful and communicated with us immediately and was very easy to work with. The yard was set help very nicely and securely for us and our little dog. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Lovely home in a neighborhood close to shops and restaurants. The patio/pool area with the pool waterfall was the perfect place to read and relax. This home had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable.

Great beds We appreciated the coffee and adequately furnished dishes etc. Could have used extra towels since only one set was provided for each of six of us. The opening in the drywall in the master closet had a small diameter opening to the outside—-accessible to bugs? Couldn’t find the fireplace switch or was it deliberately blocked? Was the locked area near the laundry room a powder room?

We have been spending Christmas in Lake Havasu for many years. This property is absolutely fabulous. The pool was a joyful experience over the holidays. The house was immaculate and the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. We are hopeful to enjoy the property next year.

Nice spacious house with a large lot. Check in was a breeze and we found the house to be very clean and with all the amenities you could ask for. The pool was also really fun and temperature was perfect for us. We had a great trip and will recommend this property to our friends.

Such a wonderful weekend for myself, sisters and best friend. We stayed in the pool pretty much the whole weekend and enjoyed the bbq. Host is super responsive and was perfect for us. We would for sure stay again and add an extra day.

My dogs and I really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house. The backyard was fun for the pups, the TV in the living room was large and updated with streaming services, and the pool was amazing. You are allowed access to a garage door opener and it was very convenient to have a garage to utilize. Only 2 small criticisms - no tissues so bring or buy your own and no pool towels in the linen closets (or at least I didn’t find them). I was by myself so I used the towels in the guest bathroom but if you’re going with a group, you’ll want to bring your some extra towels with you. Other than that, no complaints! All appliances were operational, the house was tastefully decorated, and the AC worked great - a MUST in Lake Havasu. Thank you!!

I booked this trip for my two 20 yr olds, our two dogs and me, a single mom, for Spring Break. The master bedroom was gorgeous with jacuzzi tub with plenty of natural light. The pool and waterfall was so clean and relaxing. Kitchen full of all the amenities. Backyard was so quiet and peaceful. We loved our stay! Thanks.

Fantastic rental with everything you could possibly need. Very well maintained home and pool. Super comfortable beds! We felt bad because we never saw the tiny sign by the door that stated the trash days, trash was overflowing outside with our trash and previous families as well. Next time I’ll definitely ask ahead of time. I highly recommend!!!
