Was able to get away to Flips Flop House for a ladies long weekend and we enjoyed it so much! Tybee is our new favorite getaway and FFH is in a great location-so quiet and peaceful and a great area for walks! We loved hopping over to AJs for a bite and beautiful views! We had plenty of room for our ladies and owners are so sweet to provide trash bags and other things to accommodate guests. We love the charm of these older beach homes! Don’t ever change!!!

We enjoyed the quiet area and were not bothered by the restaurant parking across the street. This is our second time renting this house and we all agreed a return visit is a must! We also loved the mermaids, especially the wonderful Tammy, who not only made sure the house was clean and welcoming, but, when they learned it was a birthday trip, left champagne and a birthday card! It doesn’t get nicer than that!

Flips Flop is our favorite cottage. Perfect fit for our extended family and in the quiet back area. The Mermaids are always so responsive. It stormed every day, usually several times per day. The porch made it all OK. Go to the beach, retreat back to the porch for the storm and then back to the beach. The big side yard and next to the porch always gets used in one way or another. We brought our canopy and set up an "outdoor kitchen" with our gas griddle and the use of the grill there. We'll be back next year.

We do a family women's trip every few years. We had 10 of us this year. The house had everything we could have needed. We loved the back screen porch for lounging around, and the outdoor shower! Also the walk to the beach and shops was not far.

What a great place! We met up with family to spend a couple of days in the Savannah and Tybee area. The house had plenty of space for all of us and plenty of furniture to all of us to relax. We can't wait to come back and spend more time in the area.

The pipe in the out door shower burst and we were offered another rental while the plumbers fixed things at Flips Flop, but the plumbers had us up and running warm water again in a VERY short time ..so we were able to stay put in our cozy home away from home . Those Mermaids are the best !!

We rented for a week. Rental company checked with us and responded to anything quickly. We had five ladies and it was great. The back screened in porch was awesome. Only suggestion for that was a ceiling fan. Other thing for suggestions only was more hooks to hang towels in the bathrooms. We had a great time and will stay here again if we come back.

We were a party of 10 (6 adults, 4 kids) and this house fits our family perfectly with plenty of space for everyone. The kids really enjoy the room off the kitchen with two twin trundle beds, and each adult couple has a room to themselves with french doors to the screened porch. We thoroughly enjoyed watching thunderstorms from the screened porch. The beach is a short walk or drive, and we also enjoyed walking to river for beautiful sunset views. This is a quiet neighborhood and the charm in this house is unbeatable. Mermaid is wonderful to work with and they take incredible care of the property as well as do a great job communicating information before, during and after our stay. We look forward to another stay in the near future.
