About this house rental
Nestled in Saint George Island, this attractive house for $325 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Sea Breeze is a charming 4 bedroom, 2-1/2 bathroom beach cottage just across the street from the beach with beautiful Gulf views that sleeps 10. New AC units with dehumidifier and whole house air purification system with high efficiency filters, UVC and ozone free Halo LED lights installed to remove 99.9% allergens, mold, bacteria and viral pathogens in November 2020. Breathe the cleanest indoor air on the island! The covered porch with rocking chairs is the perfect way to start and end each vacation day. The refreshing interior decor encourages guests to unwind and treasure their time on the Island. The first living level offers the open living and dining areas inviting conversation and fun. The newly updated kitchen with breakfast bar keeps the rest of the family just earshot away. The large butler's pantry/coffee bar/office/ laundry room just off the kitchen has a desk, clothes washer, dryer and plenty of space for storage. One king bedroom with Sleep Number Bed, porch access and Gulf views is on the first living level. A queen bedroom with pool and gulf view, new premium Badcock mattress. These two bedrooms share a full bath on the first living level. The second living level has a large king bedroom with new Nectar mattress, private deck and bathroom with double vanities. The bunk bed area that is just perfect for the kids and is located just outside the main bedroom. The best sunrises and sunsets are to be enjoyed in the third floor 'Aloha' room! This bonus 4th bedroom has panoramic windows, a day bed with trundle (2 twins), under-counter refrigerator, microwave, a wet bar and TV. The sparkling pool (heated for a fee) has an extra large deck, dining table/chairs/umbrella and chaise loungers with plenty of space for everyone. I just want to take a brief second and remind renters that are looking to book in the summer and fall months, that they NEED to make sure they have trip insurance for hurricane coverage since hurricane season begins June 1 - November 30. It was amazing!! The beach, the pool, the house, the LOCATION. This was the best place I have ever stayed at on St. George Island. I went to Anna Maria Island last year and came back to St. George Island this year. There is no comparison. There were some shark fishermen staying close by. At dinner time they would set up for the night of fishing. Twice we got to see there catches. An 8 foot Bull Shark one night and about a 6 foot Bull Shark the next day. I would love to come back next year. I hope my schedule permits it!!!

The Sea Breeze is a beautiful vacation home. Eight of us stayed a week and had plenty of room to separate or be together. The beach is as beautiful as we imagined, clean and not crowded at all. Beds were comfortable, decor was very warm and filled with beach motif. Pool was fantastic! We used it daily. The island itself is small yet with lots of things to do. Great restaurants such as Blue Parrot and coffee at Bayside Coffee was amazing. Lighthouse and gift shop was worth the time.
The Piggly Wiggly on island was small but had everything we needed.
One thing you should remember is host supplies 1 beach towel, 1 bath towel and 1 washcloth per person. I found out that is standard in the southern areas . So just bring what your family needs. Hope to stay again .

This house has EVERYTHING! The house has perfect sleeping arrangements of our family. Mama and Papa, daughter, husband and 3 kids! The kitchen is well appointed. We love the downstairs room with fridge and toilet so that no drippy , from the pool, trips upstairs to use the restroom or get drinks. The top small bedroom has perfect views of sunrises or sunsets. It is a very short walk across the street to the beach. The owner provides beach chairs, umbrella, pool toys, beach towels, and plenty of start up paper and cleaning supplies. Just bring yourself! We have visited St George for many years and this is the best house we have ever stayed in. Thanks for a great week Seabreeze!

We enjoyed our time here, we lost a good pool day because the pool heater didn’t work, they promptly fixed it, but we did loose our best weather day at pool, the house has everything you need and the beds we’re comfortable

We spent a wonderful week with family in this relaxing retreat. We spent mornings in the easily accessible beach and spent afternoons in the refreshing pool. We also enjoyed touring the streets of St. George Island in the golf cart we brought. Advice, buy groceries before you reach the island.

The 360 degree view from the widows watch/sunroom/bedroom is really neat!! The house is stocked with everything you need and more! We cooked lots of meals in the well equipped kitchen and enjoyed the open layout of the main floor. Sea Breeze was perfect for us! I would recommend to anyone and we hope to return soon🥰

This home was amazing! Whenever you stay in someone else's home you never know how stocked it is..but this home! Omg she had everything you could think of in the kitchen! It was perfect!!
The main floor is a complete circle with living/dining room, 2 bedrooms, laundry, and kitchen ( don't forget coffee bar!! ) 2nd floor is a bunk room with dresser no TV and King Master with walk out balcony. And those rooms share a bathroom. Master had baby items for use and 2 big closets and a vanity area! Top floor is the Aloha room with kitchenette and a trundle bed and tv and walk out balcony.
This home was absolutely beautiful and cozy! The owner was amazing!! I reached out to her a few time before and during our stay and she responded within the hour!
There is little framed notes around the house letting you know dos and don't and items they left for you to use. They also labeled the ligh switches around the house so you knew what controlled which room instead of guessing!
We usually don't stay at the same home twice on the island but this is one we would definitely repeat stay!

Excellent beach get a way
Jody was SUPER w communication and accommodations! She left no stones unturned- covered everything us beach lovers needed for an fun vacation w our big family. My teenagers enjoyed having their own rooms (w private TVs) and the little kiddos had so many options for bunk beds and the delightful Alhoa room.
The beach was just feet away and so easy to access. The front porch afforded a direct, unobstructed view of the gulf .
Plenty of space for all 8 of us! Kitchen was fully stocked - service for 10+!!
The bedrooms were great sizes! Plenty of room To relax and enjoy!
THE POOL was our favorite this trip!
Plenty of chairs, privacy, fountain was a nice feature, and lots of room for all of us!
Under the house was ample parking, bathroom and shower- was SUPER convenient to the pool deck. A full refrigerator, grill, bar, and tons of beach/pool toys!
