Welcome to Just Beachy, your St. George Island escape with beautiful Gulf views, private beach access, and a private pool! This 3-bedroom coastal retreat sleeps up to 10 and features two king bedrooms, a fun bunk room, spacious Gulf-facing decks, and an open living area. Your stay also includes a beach gear credit for bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, chairs, umbrellas, and more!



The Space:

Just Beachy offers 1,860 sq. ft. of comfortable coastal living designed for relaxing days at the beach and evenings with family and friends.

The open-concept main living area brings together the kitchen, dining room, and living room, with large windows and deck access showcasing beautiful Gulf views. The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and peninsula seating, while the dining table comfortably seats six.

Outside, enjoy your own private 28' x 10' pool, outdoor shower, fish-cleaning station, charcoal grill, and direct access to a private beach path.

Guests have private access to the home, private pool, Gulf-facing decks, outdoor shower, fish-cleaning station, covered parking, and private beach path leading directly to the beautiful shores of St. George Island.

Pool heating is available for an additional fee. Please contact us in advance if you would like to add pool heat to your reservation.

Just Beachy is located on beautiful St. George Island, where laid-back coastal living, uncrowded beaches, local restaurants, shops, fishing, boating, and outdoor adventures are all part of the experience.

Spend your mornings walking the beach, afternoons relaxing by your private pool, and evenings enjoying the Gulf breeze from the deck.



Getting Around:

A vehicle is recommended for exploring St. George Island and the surrounding Forgotten Coast. Bikes and golf carts are also popular ways to enjoy the island.

Your included $300 adventure gear credit can be used toward bikes and other beach gear to make exploring even easier.



Other Things to Note:

Your reservation includes a beach and adventure gear credit! Choose from items such as bikes, paddleboards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach carts, and more. Your selected gear will be delivered directly to the home and waiting for you when you arrive.



Minimum rental age is 25.

Maximum occupancy is 10 guests.

Events or gatherings exceeding the property's maximum occupancy are not permitted.

This is a non-smoking property.

Traveling with a pet? Please contact us regarding current pet restrictions, size limits, and applicable fees.

Private pool heating is available for an additional fee and must be arranged in advance.

Pool heaters are designed to raise the water temperature approximately 10°F above the outside temperature. Performance may vary depending on weather conditions.
