A short walk away from Jewel Lake for Trout fishing and surrounded by bike trails and sightseeing adventures. Right around the corner from the Jewel Lake neighborhood center with many dining options and a large grocery store. Only three miles from Alaska's largest indoor shopping mall. Come enjoy the large south facing deck with plenty of seating and a modern BBQ to bask in the summer sun. Indoors is setup perfectly for large groups with privacy for all. There is a cozy real wood fireplace and woodstove for those chilly nights. Want to have a relaxing night? Downstairs has a theater setup with a fantastic surround sound system or a variety of toys for the kids. The home has continuous ventilation that moves indoor air out and brings in fresh air from outside. We also have a true HEPA air purifier running at all times. In between longer stays, we sanitize the entire space with the help of an ozone treatment.

Great location: close to in and out of town destinations and only a short jump to the airport. Very clean, plenty of space for families with separate common area for kids or second family to hang out. Highly recommend, excellent owners.

This house was absolutely the cleanest place I believe that I have ever stayed in on vacation! We had a group of eight adults who all had a comfortable bed to sleep in, which was needed after a week of hard Alaska fishing. My Alaskan great-niece stayed with us for a couple of hours upon arrival and loved having the provided toys to play with also. Communication with owners/managers was very prompt. Myself and one other of us participated in the Anchorage 5k Sunday morning and this location was convenient for that event. I cannot say enough good things about this property! We were so pleased with everything about this house and thankful to find a place so clean and accomodating. Thank you so much for your attention to details on your rental and providing a wonderful place to stay while in Anchorage!

Hosts were very accommodating. The house was great - nice job on the updates! This home was a much better value than 2 hotel rooms and it was way more comfortable for us all! Plenty of room for our whole family and the laundry setup was a huge blessing. We enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful stay on the House Boat! With a large restaurant overlooking the Marina, we thought noise might be an issue, but everything was perfectly quiet and restful. It was fun to look out your window and see boars instead of cars and other houses. Plus it is super close to Pensacola’s wonderful downtown shops and restaurants.

It was very easy to communicate with Sergei and his wife. They answered very promptly, always very helpful. Even when I had to add one more day because of the plane schedules it wasn’t a big deal. The house is very comfortable, my children and I loved the kitchen with the deck next to it and the big windows there.

Awesome house and great communication from the owner! Was the perfect location for our family to rest up, wash clothes, organize our stuff and for a little last minute shopping between our stay in Gustavus and our backcountry excursion in Lake Clark. The boys really enjoyed playing one of the board games as well. Thanks so much!

This was one of the best trips to Anchorage to spend the Christmas holidays with our family, including our 4 grandsons! Since we moved to the Seattle area from Anchorage in 2003 we have rented many properties while visiting family and friends. This property was exceptionally roomy and well equipped for renting to visitors! We fully enjoyed our stay.
