For your peace of mind, we offer contactless check-in and detailed sanitization between guests. Extra attention is given to all high-touch areas (counters, door knobs, remotes, all handles, light switches, etc). These areas are sanitized with isopropyl alcohol based cleaner. Perfect for retirees, business travelers, couples getaways & small families, the condo sleeps 4 in beds or 5 using the living room sofa. There are 2 Community pools (one heated, one not) + spa in the complex, just a short stroll away. Beach towels are provided in the condo. When you're not taking advantage of all there is to do in Scottsdale, the beautifully furnished living room is a great place to relax & rejuvenate. It has an extra deep Lounge sofa from Crate & Barrel, side chair, soft pillows & throws, a cushy rug & lacquered coffee tables. We used the condo as a base for day trips to area golf courses, and other outings to enjoy the Scottsdale area, and the location was centralized well for trips in all directions. The condo has all the amenities needed for our week long stay, with comfortable sitting area and bedrooms to recharge after a day of activities.

We had stayed at a Marriott Timeshare for the beginning of our trip.Then we moved to our rented condo. Advertised as located in Old Town
We did drive to check out the area before we checked in. I was surprised at the location and over all appearance.
The condo is small. Well equipped. Thanks Jill
4 days without a TV. We texted with the owner to no conclusion.On the fifth day my smart husband figured out the problem.
Then the Schrage lock stopped working.
Kurig coffee maker. Pods were left and we were asked to replace the ones we used!
Walked thru the complex Thought the pools were uninviting.
We did enjoy our time there. Just be prepared if you stay there. It was 2 of us andI i thought it was enough for the size of the condo. Nice laundty set up

We had a wonderful stay. The process was very clear and easy. “Bob” guided us to exactly where we needed to be. All accommodations we wonderful for a warm setting to ultra comfortable beds. The location was great. There was east highway access to everywhere we wanted to go.

We had a great stay at Jill’s condo. She responded quickly and was easy to work with. The area was quiet and we felt safe. We walked to a restaurant close by. There was a free trolley that runs in this area. The condo was updated and comfortable. It was supplied with top quality paper towels and toilet paper!

The condo was very nice just as pictured and well stocked. The location was convenient to a variety of places we wanted to go and Jill was quick to respond to a question we had. The shower was awesome as others mentioned too. We'd definitely stay again.

This place was great for my friend and myself. Clean and cozy. It had several kitchen items that made our stay easier. Came stocked with K cups so we didn’t have to worry about rushing to buy coffee for the next morning. The bathrooms were stocked with cotton rounds and q-tips. The condo was clean when we arrived. The shower pressure here is also amazing! The host had great communication throughout the entire process. If we stay in this area again I would absolutely book this condo again. Highly recommend to others!

We booked this rental for our stay in Scottsdale for our daughter's graduation at ASU. It was absolutely the perfect location, centrally located to the college, restaurants, sightseeing, etc. We had everything we needed at the rental. There were even K-Cups and other common kitchen items that were needed. The beds were comfy and it was nice having two and a half bathrooms. The pools and hot tub were nice too, but the pools were chilly. However it was a nice place to hang out in the comfy lounge chairs. We loved this place and would highly recommend

I don't know if I can say all the positive things that I want to about this location. It was the easiest checkins/checkouts that I have experienced with VRBO. The location was so handy to get around the area. The home was perfect. I don't think that there was anything that we would have changed. Jill was so nice and communication was great. We found the Eldorado Park nearby to go walking at the corner of McDowell & 77th St. A lot of great little restaurants nearby as all. Thank you, Jill! Your place & hospitality made it very difficult to go to cold WI.

Jill was the best VRBO hostess we have ever had. She was very helpful in that she checked several time to see if we needed anything but was not intrusive. If we had a question she answered immediately. Should the opportunity present itself, we would certainly stay here again.

We loved Jill's condo. It was perfect for my husband and I. It was very clean, and we loved everything about it. I don't know how many times we said, "we just love it here" every time we walked through the door. We felt very comfortable, and we could not have thought of anything to make our stay better because it was already great! Location to everywhere we wanted to go was perfect. Jill was a great host by making sure we had everything we needed and by responding very quickly to my emails, which shows she cares about her renters. We have already told her we'd like to come back this summer and stay at her place. We went in January of 2023, and we totally lucked out with the sunny, warm weather. We took advantage of the 2 pools that were on site a couple of days. Highly recommend it.

We stayed here over a long weekend. The condo was very clean and perfect for what we wanted. The pictures are very true to what you get. We were able to enjoy the pool all to ourselves. It was clean and had comfortable furniture. We would have liked a tv in the bedroom but that’s just us. Garage is small but we had a small vehicle. I had to be dropped off before parking it. Overall really enjoyed ad would go back. Jill very easy to work with!

Three bathrooms is a plus. Appreciated having basic items provided (kitchen items, coffee k cups, iron, shampoo, laundry detergent, etc). Much appreciated!

Great 2 bedroom condo, updated rooms and well equipped with everything we needed, so we could relax and full us on moving so we could focus on moving our son to college. Very clean and comfortable. Location was close enough to the highway to get to most parts of Tempe, Scottsdale and Phoenix within 30 mins or less, depending on time of day. Great host, very responsive and thoughtful!
