Overpriced but great for Airport location

Location to airport is awesome.

Beds remind me of Murphy beds - the kind that are lumpy and because you feel like it folded down from the wall. Not very comfortable.

I would stay again but would not bother with breakfast.

The bed was perfect, Free shuttle was great and convienient, Reception staff was friendly.

Living in Australia the property was expensive for us with our Australian Dollar. We found breakfast poor

Awesome staff and great place to stay.

The staff were lovely and did everything possible to help. Free breakfast can often be rather limited, but here there was a good selection, including a couple of hot dishes. The rooms are a little dated, but a decent size and comfortable, with a decent bathroom - nice touch addition of good toiletries too. Coffee available all day, 24 hour reception, free airport shuttle - very much recommended.

Nothing to dislike really. The rooms were a little cold, but I would think that’s needed in the warmer months and we were able to turn on the heat and get an extra blanket. Some people’s children were excessively noisy but you can’t blame the hotel for that!

Great Value for a short stay.

Service was exceptional. Front desk staff were rock stars.

The coffee machine in the room did not work and if it did all they had for coffee was decaf.

It was unpleasant.

The location was convenient.

The facilities were not clean and the property needed maintenance. It is outdated. The room was not clean. Sheets, carpet, nightstand and bathroom were dirty. Our room had a leak in the bathtub and we had to check-out after 1 night.

Sleep first Rent car next day

Within 10 minutes of airport. shuttle via VIP taxi services. arrived at 1900 hr .But it was already later for the body (8 hrs time difference). going to the US do NOT a rental car on arrival. First night take a hotel with shuttle. Rent the next day. Breakfast was good. make your own waffle. I got a refund on the VIP taxi from the frontdesk (see blow)

The hotel has a shuttle service via VIP taxi. I did NOT have a US sim in my mobile yet. with help of information desk at airport they phoned the hotel and a pick up was arranged.

Nov 10 visit

Nothing about this hotel is a good deal

Hotel was under major renovation, it was dirty and dusty. No vending machines no ice machines. Def not a good price at $155.

For the price we were pleased for the most part

The room was clean, quiet and cool. The breakfast on the weekend was great, not so great on Monday. Not a full breakfast.

I did not care for the front gal who answered the phone. We arrived a little early, I called to see if we could check in 40 minutes early. I was told "no" rooms are ready at 3. The hotel was more that half empty that evening according to parking. Also getting out of the parking lot with the horrific construction. Went to exit a back route and not a good idea with Monday rush hour.

Clerk didn't wear face mask properly. Felt unsafe.

Price, location, bed, pillows.

Lisa (front desk clerk) wore her mask but didn't cover her nose. I have a photo. Kids ran screaming in the hall. Because of covid, there was no breakfast, no gym, no pool.

Generally this is a cheap hotel that is good for a short stay.

The front desk attendant was helpful, arranging to put me close to an elevator since I had several pieces of luggage. She also arranged a shuttle to the airport.

There was an attendant at the front desk my second morning there who was surly and rude. She was sarcastic when I asked about the elevator not working, which I thought inappropriate.

It's from the 1980's. So......

The staff were efficient and pleasant enough. Bed was comfortable.

Well I personally got unlucky with the room literally furthest from the reception desk. But that's just reverse serendipity. The room had issues that the next person might have a conniption over. I made these known on my departure. I just put up with them, staying only for one night. The included b'fast was OK, but without bacon! Coffee in reception and for breakfast was atrocious (undrinkable). The in-room stuff was OK. You just have to have a car to stay here, which I did. It's old-fashioned but not bad.

I highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay there again! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, our breakfast was very good. In addition to it, there was a popcorn machine in the hallway and you can grab a pack of popcorn after a tiring journey. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

the rooms were very spacious and clean. very close to the airport with a complimentary shuttle. much appreciated, excellent breakfast selection. staff was amazing, especially Deedee at the front desk!

Comfortable and Affordable… with a membership

I really enjoyed that this property not only for the 24 hour airport shuttle but there is also breakfast! DeeDee was amazing! she helped me save $$$ on my reservation by informing me about their membership

the suite I stayed in, the headboard wasn’t securely attached to the bed anymore and constantly slaps the wall throughout the night when you move

it was traumatic.

they offered a shuttle to and from the airport.

it was actually, awful the vents were dirty, the toilet didn’t flush properly, the water wouldn’t turn off, they turned off the water during the visit, the gym equipment didn’t work, the ice machine didn’t work on our level, there actually wasn’t one. The elevator was getting stuck. the pictures showed one thing but the property looked completely different.

I would not stay here again

it was close to where I needed to be

the room was not ready at 3 pm and had to wait 2 hrs for my room. The hotel was busy with some sports teams , they took over the lobby and there was no room for other guests , you couldn’t get in for breakfast as all the table and food was gone because of all the sports teams staying at the hotel . No housekeeping services for my three day stay , the bed was like something got from Walmart and was not comfortable . the towels in the room had brown stains on them . it just keeps going

It was a good location near food, didn’t like the dirty bathtub, one lamp didn’t have a shade over the bulb so the light

Easy drive to the airport

The tub was dirty. The taxi service instead of a shuttle bus to the airport was cumbersome, wasn’t our taxi was going to be fifteen minutes late, luckily a driver from the same service arrived to pickup someone else early and took us instead.
