It was very convenient for visiting different areas of the Phoenix metro area.

Affordable & the rooms were very nice.

It was a good amount of space for the price
I liked how close it was to everything
I liked that it had 2 bathrooms and the kitchenette
It was a bit dirty.
The chair in the living room was all marked up, probably by little kids
There were stains on the curtains in the bedroom.

nice building, liked the suite style👍
dirty sheets, dirty blankets, dirty towels, cigarettes holes in blanket and curtains, shower water was only hot , and there was a piece of glass on the carpet
