Good value, but don’t expect much.

The location was excellent. The staff were friendly. The price was great. I felt safe in the area.

Room not as described in the picture. Much smaller than expected.

I deserve a refund to say the least but according to other reviews they refuse to do that.

The guy at the front desk was great

The headboard for one of the beds was detached from the wall and a piece to it was in a corner by the bathroom with long screws sticking out, mind you I have two small children. The AC worked but looked like it was about to fall off the wall and pieces were missing where the air came out. The floor was visibly dirty, not swept or mopped and mini fridge was filthy. Part of the toilet didn’t look like it was cleaned and the tub had hair and whatever else in it as well as soap scum. I had to rinse it out before use. I have been a housekeeper on and off over the years and their housekeepers should be fired or written up. This was the worst motel 6 I have been at in the east valley. The room I was in should have been marked out of order. This place needs to be fined and needs new management.

everything was broken the beds not comfortable one bed sunk in the bathroom door was broken. If you closed it you got locked in people hanging outside your room all night long smoking marijuana smell came into our room when we had our granddaughter. They were very loud and they were allowing the dogs to bark all night long. They were sitting outside to the staff does not answer their phone. If you try calling, will never stay there again.

Quiet, local stores near the hotel. Hotel Staff was polite with great customer service skills It was an okay overnight stay.

There were not many transportation choices.

It was dirty and ghetto. The tv never worked. no extra toilet paper, no tissue paper, no soap, no iron. The staff was very unfriendly. They didn’t ask me about my stay when I checked out. Very unprofessional. Motel 6 used to be really nice. So sad no one cares anymore.

scary I didn’t sleep at all.

price was affordable and the don’t charge for pets

the bath tub ran all night, the lock to adjoining room was broken and we had to push the dresser against it. lots of drug activity, no microwave fridge or coffee pot just a bed and two towels.

Dirty outside, pool is green. The sheet had a stain on it. The fire alarm was falling off the wall. The room smelled nasty when we opened the door, the smell slapped you in the face.
