Cleanliness was amazing, value for the money paid, front desk staff (Tia) was exceptional.
When I arrived to room 107, the door was not locked and was slightly ajar. That was perhaps a minor mistake but it left a very uneasy feeling, like maybe someone was hiding in the room or had another key or something.

The room was very comfortable and very clean.
I wish breakfast could have started at 5 or maybe even earlier for the early risers. And they need more carts.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good.
Had to change rooms, A/C, heater didn't work. Microwave didn't work. Room wasn't updated and poorly maintained. Room also had an odor. Paid way to much for what we had to endure.
