I was happy to find a comfortable hotel near my event venue. It was a relief to have a nice breakfast buffet included in the cost of the room. Breakfast was good with several choices. The beds were comfortable and the shower was comfortable and easy to use. I liked the sofa and workstation in my room as well. A big room with a refrigerator and comfortable seating. They had a nice exercise room as well as an indoor pool.
It was a bit odd not to have my room cleaned. I was told housekeeping would stop every day. Not even to pick up the garbage. I had to ask for cleaning, so I did receive it once in the 4 nights 5 days I stayed. The bathroom light would time out while I was using the shower. That was a bit odd. Also, no microwave in the room, but it was not a problem. They did have one downstairs for people to use.

It was an unexpected stay as our plane was late arriving in Phoenix. Missed our continued leg of trip to Eugene, Oregon. The airport personnel had no knowledge of the closest hotel. Only gave me a book with a list of hotels. My husband was in a wheel chair. The shuttles stop operating at 11pm. Its after 11. The number from the book was for booking.com. I chose a hotel from that list.
The Airport staff could have been more helpful...Surely someone should know the closest accommodations. There used be phones in the baggage area to help travelers find hotels.
