Adorable Chatham Ridgevale Beach House With Beautiful Gardens! *******7 night minimum stay Saturday to Saturday***** Summer by the Shore! $175 cleaning fee Enjoy a hotel experience in this quentisential beach house that is only 3/10 mile (less than 10 minute walk) down the lane to the best Family Beach in Chatham. Ridgevale Beach has kids events, a snack bar, kayak and sailboat rentals available. The house has professionally maintained gardens and grounds, and the freshly painted deck, outdoor shower and yard offer comfortable privacy, buffered by conservation land. Inside there are three bedrooms, TWO full baths and a washer and dryer, (2) flat screen televisions, a sound system, an open kitchen, living and dining area - simply all you need. Outdoor shower and clothesline. Weber propane grill and Weber charcoal grill, also has fire pit. No need to drive your car to the beach and pay to park your car, just throw your towel over your shoulder, and walk down to the beach. The Cape Cod Bike path is 1/2 mile and fresh water Schoolhouse Pond 1 mile. Three miles to beautiful downtown Chatham for Friday night band concerts, Cape Cod Chatham A's baseball games, great restaurants. We were very happy to find Chillin in Chatham available for our trip this year. We’ve stayed at the home once before and it’s exactly as we remembered - clean, comfortable, and has everything you might need for your stay, especially central AC. The location is great, too. An easy walk to our favorite beach. Mike was easy to work with and responded quickly when we had a simple question. We would definitely return.

Nice well-appointed rental, though bringing own towels is a big ask for travelers flying in.Fortunately we had friends in the area who loaned us towels for the week. Clean sheets provided but have to make up the beds yourself; a little weird. Gave only 4 stars on the cleanliness because grill was dirty and there were no utensils for cleaning it, so unusable. Also had to connect propane tank to grill ourselves if we were going to use it. Don't think that should have been. Inconveniences that didn't live up to the
other nice appointments of the home

Awesome location for access to the beach and bike trails. Great back deck with enough room to enjoy lobsters outside near the gardens and beautifully renovated master bath room. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit after the kids went to bed. Very fun and memorable family beach vacation. Can’t wait to come again next year.

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this lovely rental in Chatham. House was spotless and super cute. Beds are comfy and all appliances and A/C are in fantastic shape. Easy walk to Ridgevale beach. Lots to see and do on the Cape. Would definitely rent again.

Very clean house. Beds very comfy. Central Air conditioning was great and kept us nice and cool. Hosts are very sweet and responded right away when I had questions. Would definitely rent again as this was a really great rental!

We had a great stay at Chillin' in Chatham. Very comfortable, bright, light and welcoming. The deck was a great spot to enjoy lunch and a little sunshine; the woods behind offered privacy and lots of songbirds! Main bedroom was very spacious, and the ensuite bathroom was newly renovated and lovely. Our favorite thing, however, was the 5" walk to the beach-fabulous!

"Chillin' in Chatham" describes this property perfectly! It is updated and immaculate in a great location. It is extremely comfortable with great amenities and plenty of room. The deck and surrounding property are truly an oasis. The owner takes great care to check with renters to be sure all is well with arrival and the property, and communication with him is very easy. We hope to return to this peaceful haven from daily life!

Our family of 6 made more memories again this year at this perfectly located rental house. We had plenty of room especially since the house is so close to Ridgevale beach which we walked to everyday. Wonderful stay in Chatham!
We loved our two-week stay at this property. It was perfect for our little family, and our toddler loved running around the front yard (which was beautifully landscaped). Everything was very clean and well-kept, which made for a comfortable longer stay. We really appreciated the beach chairs and wagon that were available - they made trips to the beach much easier! Mike was a very responsive host and answered any questions we had promptly.

A gem of a property
Our family had the best week staying at Mike's property. The house is extremely beautiful and comfortable. It is also conveniently located within walking distance to the beach. Don't forget to pack your binoculars. The backyard is a birdwatcher's paradise. We would definitely stay here again.

A REAL LIFE SAVER & PERFECTLY LOCATED!
We were at the tail end of a remodel project and needed a place for one more week...during MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND! Mike & Kathy saved us! They allowed us to drop off our stuff the day before and really supported us during a hectic time! The house is ideally located in Chatham - we live in Chatham and know that the summer months are filled with vibrant vacationers and this home is so close to one of the best beaches and just minutes drive to the quaint town of Chatham. The newly remodeled kitchen and master bath really bring the home into modern times and the master bed was SUPER comfy! (we did not use the other beds). All linens provided except beach towels, so that was very helpful. Plenty of TP, paper towels, dish & laundry soap - always a plus for travelers. We were too busy to meet the neighbors, but it is a family neighborhood and fun to start to see people walking together and obviously headed to the beach! All and all, we were grateful and pleased to have found Mike & Kathy's home!

Quiet street, easy access to Ridgevale Beach (where we swam and rented a kayak and paddleboard). Perfect location to get to other parts of the Cape. Comfortable king-sized bed! Remember to bring not only your own towels and linens, but also blankets and dish towels! We enjoyed our stay!

Loved it!
We had such a great time -- perfect place to stay with my parents, husband, and 4 yo. Reviews were right on! Kiddo loved seeing all the crabs and jellyfish in the estuary, he loved going around the islands. Enjoyed takeout on the back deck every evening, ice cream at Sundae School, and visiting all the other nearby beaches. Owner could not be more helpful and responsive! Delightful.
