BRAND NEW CONSTRUCTION HOME! Seven blocks from Virginia Beach Oceanfront, across the street from Virginia Beach Convention Center and steps to the Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA) ! Off-street parking for up to 5-6 vehicles. Open floor plan, plenty of seating for dining and entertaining. Master suite with private en-suite bath, huge soaker tub and walkin shower, King size bed, pullout couch and en-suite balcony with walk-in closet. Two Queen size bedrooms and two bunkbebds in fourth bedroom. Pullout couch in living room as well as another full size couch. The house is on the dead end of 23rd St. and is a very easy walk (7 blocks) to the oceanfront and boardwalk. It is right across the street from the VB Convention Center and next door to the Museum of Contemporary Art. There are also bike trails at the door as well, that wind down to the beach through the park and schools.
