About this condo rental

Nestled in Crescent Beach, this charming condo for $299 per night is a great option for your next trip. This cheerful oceanfront condo has three bedrooms, three bathrooms and can accommodate up to 12 guests. The bright yellow walls in the oceanfront living room look great with the blue accent pillows and neutral sleeper sofa and loveseat. Enter the balcony from the sliding glass door in both the living room and master suite. The yellow walls flow into the tiled dining room and fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, designer furnishings and an en suite bathroom. The two guest rooms each have two queen-sized beds. Crescent Shores offers an indoor pool, a large outdoor pool and lazy river, and two outdoor hot tubs, all just footsteps from the ocean. A fitness center is also on the premises. Located in the Crescent Beach section on historic Ocean Boulevard, Crescent Shores is within minutes from all the action on Main Street to the north, and renowned shopping and dining at Barefoot Landing to the south. The resort is also walking distance to an Irish pub that offers a unique oceanfront dining experience, as well as an ice cream shop to cure any beachgoer's sweet tooth. The beach at Crescent Shores offers the more adventurous guest seasonal parasailing and banana boat rides, something exclusive to the Crescent Beach area. - Outdoor Pool, Lazy River, & Hot Tub - Kiddie Pool - Fitness Room - Sun Deck - Parking Garage MINIMAL CONTACT CHECK-IN On your day of arrival, you will receive a text message notifying you that your unit is ready for check-in. Simply walk up to our outdoor check-in location and we will hand you your packet and you will be on your way! No lines or waiting in a crowded lobby – this process is quick, easy and safe! ______________________________ DEPARTURE MAID SERVICE & LINENS For your convenience and vacation enjoyment, linens and towels are INCLUDED in our rates and your beds will be made for your arrival. All rates also include departure maid service. There is no daily maid service or daily linen/towel service. ______________________________ COMMON AREAS, POOLS & AMENITIES All resort common areas will be frequently cleaned throughout each day using COVID-19 specific EPA cleaning solutions by the resort staff. This includes elevators, lobbies, pool amenities, handrails, lounge chairs, public bathrooms, fitness centers and more. Where possible, chairs will be spaced 6 feet apart to promote social distancing.

Location was nice. Property no so much. I’m not sure when the last time someone cleaned the unit. We had to purchase cleaning supplies to clean bathrooms and kitchen because there were dead bugs and dirt everywhere. We were not provided any tissue or soap for hands or dishes. We brought our on body soap. We didn’t have trash bags supplied. I called about the WiFi right after arrival and received a call back the following day. I was told to call the service provider for any WiFi information that I needed. Who wants to call an internet provider on vacation especially when the service is supposed to be included in the stay. I also called about the cleanliness or lack there of, the lack of supplies and the leaking kitchen faucet and bathroom shower head to only get no response. I would not recommend this place.
