Situated in Dana Point, this charming house for $249 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Stunning Deck runs entire length of main room and seats 6 to gaze at the Coastal panoramic ocean view. Neighbors work from home so no toddlers or running small children are appropriate. New central Air Conditioned for a breezy comfortable visit. Full kitchen with new appliances and fully stocked for cooking. One car parking on driveway next to unit front door. Walk to most restaurants and Doheny Beach and Harbor note the home sits on top of the hill so walking it up is strenuous. Comfort mattresses with flat screen TVs in master bedroom and sleeper in main room. New bathtub in master bath, new deck furniture 2020 and new bedroom comforter 2020, new coffee table in 2019. New dishwasher in 2022 and new sofa in living room and in master bedroom dresser in 2022. New refrigerator and stove 2023. Living room TV has YouTubeTv. The TV in master bedroom w/Roku has YouTubeTV streaming services for Netflix/Hulu/Prime you can sign in with your account. WE have had problems with stolen equipment and charges for movies so please don’t charge movies or games to our services this is way we had to make this change. Dog up to 50 lbs with a pet fee of $150. with the new reservation.

Such a great place! Balcony has great view of ocean and unit has a convenient location. From the balcony you can see the wave caps on the ocean and we even got to see the tall ships returing to dock after the Marine festival. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here and would absolutely come back. Only downside to mention is the description of 3rd bed in the living room is inaccurate as it is broken with signage to not use it. Otherwise a great place with good communication from the host in how to avoid any issues with the appliances and neighbors!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The home as well furnished and has a beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean from the living room / balcony. The sofa and chair on the balcony are very inviting and a great place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee. Check in and check out was very easy with clearly written instructions. I would stay here again.

We stayed here for a wedding in Dana Point and this was in the perfect location just minutes from a lot of shopping, restaurants etc. The home is very clean with plenty of room to accommodate my parents and wife. Check-in/out was smooth and we had no issues with any of the amenities. The balcony has a great view of the ocean and is well shaded in the afternoons. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Dishwasher did not work, house was extremely hot inside upon arrival , furniture was worn in living room. Request to start laundry is not something we experienced at other vacation rentals. We would stay again but feel owners could update with very little effort.

Nice clean place. Overlooking ocean (from afar). Pretty much everything you will need. Easy drive to ocean, parks, coffee, short hike to overlook.

Really clean and well equipped. Very close to beach and this property has a partial, nice view of the ocean. More for adults. The condo is a bit dated but it was a nice stay.

Property was dirty and not updated in any way. Ceiling was cracking and peeling, furniture was old and looked like it came from a dumpster diving expedition! The house boasts of newness, but upon arrival, we found a sign stating do not open cupboards as they are broken. That cupboard was one of the beds we needed for our registered guest to sleep. So we were shorted sleeping arrangements for our stay. Both the owner and property manager are so very unprofessional and will try to pin on you, damage caused by either other renters, weather, or significant time. Thankfully, I work in property management and know to take before and after pictures, so I have proof of no damage created by my family. Owner is trying to currently charge us for a weathered outside table at a rate OVER 1500$. Could be purchased at IKEA for considerably less. In addition, the house is not a single family home. It is a 2 plex, in a very noisy location, with absolutely NO Parking. There is a unit directly below our unit, and the owner/renter of that unit has a not very friendly and persistently barking dog. The person below was constantly complaining to the owner & manager of our noise levels, even when we had only the registered guests in the unit (and not the additional family of 10-15 people). Her text message at that time read, "Geez you are all so inconsiderate. A sign announcing an illegal party. Were you born in a barn." The sign was from the church service, however when we attempted to reply, we were "blocked" by her. Not very mature or professional. Concerned by the multiple text messages and extremely RUDE & HOSTILE voice message left by both the owner and property manager, we had to relocate my daughter and her family to a local hotel. So our visit, which was to have a service for my father who recently passed away was absolutely ruined by the owner, manager and person below our unit. The complaints were over a supposed huge party we had. We had approximately 10-15 people in the house for a small (unplanned) after funeral service "gathering" of close family. We sang "Happy Birthday" as my father would have turned 89 on that day. All family (except the registered child and my daughter and husband) were over the age of 50!!! Definitely not a party of any type. Just intimate family gathering sharing stories of my father's life. Absolutely Awful Experience!

1) They code to get in was for the lock box not the actual door itself. 2) Cable/local TV was not provided, only streaming services. If you’re big on CNN, local news, even the Emmies, you’re out of luck. Besides these things everything was great.

The space was bigger than I expected! The photos make all the rooms seem smaller than they are. Getting in was easy and the area is nice! Modest and practical stay.

Nice location, we were able to walk to the port. Close to shops, freeway, beaches. Bedding was very good. Clean. It was just a little bit short in kitchen ustensiles. We definitely recommend this place and I hope we will be back next year.

Beautiful neighborhood and views of the ocean off the deck and most rooms. Condo was spacious and included off street parking space. Very close to town and sandy beaches. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back again.
