Second time visiting AMI, first time staying here. Loren is very friendly and is quick to respond to any questions you may have! This place was very clean and charming. Has everything you need for your stay. It has been decorated nicely giving the coastal vibe. It is very close to the beach and within walking distance to many restaurants. I highly recommended eating at the Feast, food is good and staff are wonderful!! I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Loren for making our stay nice and relaxing.

This unit has a great location in Homes Beach. Walk to the beach, many restaurants, and bars. Publix is just 1 mi away. Trolley stops are nearby. The unit presents as advertised. Will stay again.

I just returned from staying here. The rental was perfect for me. It was clean, centrally located on the island and within walking distance to the beach. The owner was very kind and easy to work with regarding check-in and check-out. I would stay here again!

This is a nice old Florida feeling property. With many different plants and pretty flowers all around. It is in a quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay again.

The cottage was very cleanly and beautiful! Very close to the beach! Loren, the owner, was very respectful of our privacy as well! We really enjoyed our stay and wouldnt hesitate to stay here again! Highly recommend booking this cottage for the great price she offers it for!

My husband and I stayed here for 3 weeks and couldn’t have been happier! We were a 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach as well as many wonderful restaurants and pubs. The cottage was not only very clean, but just right for the two of us, we felt right at home. Loren was very accessible with any questions and/or help if needed. When it was time to go, we hated to leave! We would definitely rent again if it became available. Promise me, you won’t be disappointed!

Our stay was highlighted by the easy walking distance to the beach for nightly sunsets. The apartment was neat, clean, and cozy with all the amenities needed to have a comfortable stay. Would happily stay again.

Very clean and nice home. It had everything we needed and then some. Very comfortable bed and living room. Hostess was easy to get in touch with and very responsive to our needs. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants and shopping. Nice quiet and peaceful area of AMI. We will be back!

The location can't be beat, unless you are acutally beachfront! Away from the Bradenton beach chaos, but still close to several restaurants and clubs. The duplex is dated but comfortable and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

I got caught in NY during the Southwest Airlines Christmas Holiday disaster and couldn’t arrive until week 2 in a three week rental. My daughter lives nearby and picked up the key and stayed there 2 nights with her boys. The owner thought I was misleading her and cancelled the remainder of my vacation and kept the entire rental fee.

We loved this adorable little spot and it was minutes from the beach!! Super cute and cozy with lots of fun puzzles and movies if you ever have a rainy day!! We will definitely be back!!

This warm, cozy cottage was exactly what we needed. Super clean, neat and so tastefully decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped. Loren was so gracious, she even had ice cubes ready for us! The bedroom is very spacious with a nice size closet. The full bathroom was very clean. The location is ideal, walking distance from the laundromat, convenience store, coffee/bistro and several restaurants. It's located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The gorgeous beach is just a few steps away and it will take your breath away! Thank you, Loren!!!!!

Loren is fantastic...very personable and down to earth. The entire process from beginning to end was flawless...the garden is inviting with beautiful flowers everywhere you look...the rental property is a very homey, relaxing place to stay. Centrally located within great restaurants, shopping, and activities. Very short walk to the glorious beach...

Not so good.
This property could be a gem if the bed and couches were replaced. They were all old and very uncomfortable. As is, we had to check out after only 2 days once we were able to find other accommodations on the island. Very disappointed.

Nice by the Beach
A very nice property very close to the beach and everything. The only thing missing was a apartment size washer/dryer stack. The laundry in town was very dirty and not always working. No one likes to do laundry on vacation, but a necessary task. Very comfortable rooms and nice owner.

Spring Break Getaway
My husband and I came to Anna Maria to escape the Ohio cold. I am a teacher and had one week off for spring break. We loved this location. The property had everything we needed and was perfectly located. We would love to come back again. Unfortunately this location is already booked for my spring break next year. I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a budget friendly location for two I would highly recommend. 😊

Dolphin Duplex on AMI
Perfect unit for 2 who prefer privacy away from the crowds. 5 minute walk to a gorgeous beach 🏖. Comfortable furniture, including bed! Millions of TV channels! Private, enclosed patio; perfect for storing rental bike. Two blocks from downtown area. Very nice landlady. Lovely tropical garden and fence surrounds patio. Kitchen is fully stocked with all necessities. All beach equipment is available in the covered garage area. Thank you, Lauren, for sharing your duplex with us.

By far our favorite thing was to take long beach walks and visit the many preserves in Bradenton. Robinson's and Perico preserves are awesome. Traffic is unreal to pack your patience. Absolutely beautiful, everything about it was amazing, i would recommend it to anyone to stay for a getaway. The place had everything just like your own home. Loren is super sweet!
