Located in Bodrum, this charming villa for $340 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. A beautiful modern villa that sleeps upto 6 with its own private swimming pool set in a large garden,located in a peaceful part of Bodrum. Just over 10 minutes to walk down from the villa to to one of Bodrum's most popular sports bars or the oldest Hammam in town. A further 5 minutes and you are on the sea front, barstreet & restaurants which leads onwards to Bodrum's historic castle and Marina area. Who ever stays here in 2019 is in for a real treat! I always listen to my guests comments and have made many enhancements to make future stays even better..... Over the winter all bathrooms in the villa have been 100% refurbished, All mattresses, quilts & pillows were replaced in 2018 to give you the best possible sleep. The living room has been updated with a brand new sofa, comfy chairs and accessories and in the kitchen you will now find the latest Samsung dishwasher, Turkish coffee maker and larger toaster. New solar panels were installed to give you lots of hot water in the most eco friendly manner along with a new pump for great shower pressure! From 2017 there has been unlimited free wifi around the villa to keep you constantly connected! And a large umbrella to shade you from the Turkish sun when dining outside by the pool. The spacious villa covers an area of almost 300sqm spread across 3.5 levels. You will be impressed with the large fully equipped modern kitchen and living areas along with a new bathroom with shower on the ground floor. Located on the first floor is the en-suite master bedroom opening out onto a spacious private balcony over looking the pool area (bathroom brand new for 2019) The lower ground floor provides a double bedroom with a private patio and a twin bedroom with views of a cactus garden. The basement consists of another new bathroom, and a large open plan area with double bed which acts as the 4th bedroom if needed when larger groups staff at the villa, additional sofa bed plus the ever popular game area containing a pool table & table tennis table. The basement is underground so has no windows which makes it a cool place if you want to get out of the mid day sun. The villa is surrounded be spacious lawns and landscaped garden, including a secure gated driveway with access and parking for up to 3 vehicles. Unlimited WiFi is now available inside the villa and around the pool. Guests will receive full access to the villa, garden and private pool which is accessed directly from the ground floor of the villa. You might also spot one of the resident tortoise or pick fruit from trees when in season. My villa Manager will be available to check you in and out at the start and end of your stay and will call by frequently to clean the pool / garden & to deal with any queries you may have. He is very friendly & can help make your stay even more enjoyable. Bodrum is a historic town of many contrasts. Its historic medieval 15th century castle dominates the skyline, while some of Europe's top nightclubs and bars line the waterfront. The town center provides many excellent dining options to suit all budgets and tastes along with bustling maze of boutique shopping and traditional Turkish markets. During summer months Bodrum airport is served by around 40 daily flights from Istanbul aswell as many others from around the world. It is just 30 minutes away and served by numerous non-stop luxury coach services right into the centre of Bodrum at an affordable price. Alternatively I can assist you by recommending a private airport pickup service or rental car hire through a very reliable local travel company. Bodrum has a very active and cheap Dolmus (minibus services) and metered taxi network.

For the last week of our Family holiday we (parents and 4 kids 26-11yo) stayed at Richard’s beautifully appointed villa in Bodrum. Sparkling clean pool and comfy beds combined with full amenity and lots of space for everyone made this the perfect spot for us to explore the Bodrum area. Highly recommend

As in the title, photos and description matched everything as described. Enver the property manager was on hand when needed via whatsapp and came to check a couple of times to see all was well. Welcome pack on arrival, gardens were tendered and pool cleaned on our third day. This Villa is actually in Bodrum, with just an easy short downhill stroll into the main bar areas. Stayed here for a week, wished it could have been longer. Richard the owner, was very helpful 24hours prior to our arrival for the check in process and kept in touch via whatsapp to ensure all was okay during our stay. Our time here was very relaxing and the Villa location in a quiet area for a great nights rest!

We had an amazing week in this beautiful villa. Enver (Villa manager) went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. He organized a van to collect my adult children from the airport on the day of our arrival (my husband and i arrived 2 weeks before). He also took my husband to get ice on his vespa as soon as we arrived so we would be ready to mix cocktails when my children came. There was lovely food in the fridge for us which was much appreciated by my hungry children who arrived after a long trip from New York. The villa was a perfect setup for a family of 6. Plenty of space and bathrooms (all new and in great working condition). Large living room with a big selection of books in English. Also had backgammon and games to play. Basement or lower level has pool table and ping pong table.The pool was always clean and great fun was had by everyone. My favorite part of the Villa is the location. A beautiful walk into the town of Bodrum. We walked in and out of town a few times a day. We had the pleasure of renting the villa next to this one 6 years ago and Enver was the manager then. We were thrilled to find out that we would all see Enver again and were rest assured that if we needed anything at all he would take care of it. Enver set up car service to take us all to the airport on the day of our departure. It arrived on time (10 minutes early) and Enver was there (as always) to help us load up. Richard, the owner, was very attentive. He answered all my questions and concerns and made the entire booking very easy. We will all cherish the delightful memories we have of this special Villa and our god times and laughter. Thank you Richard and Enver for a trip we will remember for a lifetime!!!!

Unfortunately there was issues from the moment I arrived with my children. There was no welcome pack, we had to make a complaint and then wait a further couple of days for this to be resolved. Mainly because Enver didn't want to give me the welcome pack, as he kept insisting to cook for me. There was sunloungers stacked in the kitchen. Lights not working in and around the property. Sunloungers stacked up against glass doors, blocking exits. These were all moved to another area by myself. The grassy areas of the garden were not cut and overgrown . The pool area and pool was never scrubbed or hoovered whilst there for two weeks and you could visible see the bugs all over the bottom of the pool. The villa manager was extremely intrusive and would turn up at whatever time suited him, usually well into the evening, constantly messaging me and calling me well past midnight, and then on my second day in the villa he pushed me into the pool. I would not recommend any woman staying here without a male adult.

Excellent property well set out with easy access to pool. Master bedroom suite large, beds comfy and plenty room for all the family. Additional table tennis and pool table in the cool basement was also appreciated. Welcome pack provided and the large water supplied was very helpful . 15 min walk into town and uphill on way home but all managed and plenty of taxis available if you need them.All had a fab holiday, thanks.

Die Villa von Richard ist insgesamt ordentlich und sauber, wir hatten als Gruppe von 8 eine sehr schöne Woche. Highlight ist der nahe gelegene Pool. Negativ aufgefallen ist jedoch, dass viele Dinge in der Villa von schlechter Qualität sind, zudem funktionieren Spülmaschine und Staubsauger nicht richtig.

Richard's Bodrum Villa is wonderful - spacious, tastefully decorated and really comfortable. We enjoyed lazy sun kissed days by the pool before heading into town in the evening to explore the wide range of excellent bars and restaurants. Richard was an attentive host who made everything work perfectly - from the booking, to airport transfers, to recommendations of places to visit. Highly recommended!

Thank you Richard for the use of your lovely villa. We came over to Bodrum with family for a friends wedding. The villa was perfect for us. The living area was very spacious and nice kitchen with lots of appliances and crockery which was great. The master bedroom was lovely looking over the pool from its own balcony. The other 2 bedrooms although a little small served their purpose. The outside area was great with enough sun beds and lovely dining especially at night when all the twinkling lights came on. The location was good a 20 min walk into town and cheap taxi ride back. Overall we had a super holiday and would recommend this villa. Enver the manager was very hospitable and organised transport for us which was super. Everything ran great the only thing that was missing was a high chair for our 1 year old grandchild. We would definitely return if we came to Bodrum again. Thank you. Xx

Amazing Villa and Great host, will definitely come back.

The owner Richard saved our holiday as our already booked villa was cancelled the day before we were due to leave for the holiday, we found this Villa and got it booked and confirmed straight away which saved our holiday. We had an amazing time me, my wife, Dad, Brother, sister in law and my 3 nieces who are 6, 12 and 16... A holiday for all the ages. The Villa is beautiful and the pictures does not do it justice, the games room is a very nice touch and is suited for the whole family. Easy walking distance to local shops for food and drunk and it's a quick walk 15-20 mins into the main town for great shopping and restaurants. This was the best holiday we have ever had and Richard and the Villa Guy Envarl was a great part of it thanks to all their support and personal recommendations. We will definitely be back.
