Newer 3 bedroom 2 bath vacation home is fully equipped with all new furnishings. 3 queen beds and a set of bunk beds. Sleeps 8 comfortably (up to 2 more on sleeper sofa, +$10 per person, per night). Granite countertops and stainless steel appliances in the fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, etc.), and kitchen counter seating (ideal for kids while parent in the kitchen). Other amenities inside include unlimited high speed internet (wired and wireless), cable 4K HDR TV with Blu-ray player in the living room and DVD library, 4K HDR TV and Blu-ray player in the master bedroom, sofa and loveseat, large dining table (seating for 8), stereo, private washer and dryer in the property, new central A/C and heat, and ceiling fans throughout enables you to have a relaxing and comfortable vacation with memories that last a lifetime. It was perfect for us. The only issue we had, was your mattresses. I played Goldilocks and found the most comfortable one it was in the bedroom with the twin beds. If all the mattresses were like that one it would be sooooo much better. We had a wonderful time and loved the location. It was our first time at Surfside Beach and it was a wonderful experience. Thanks again.

We loved our stay! The location was perfect, just a short walk over the boardwalk to the beach. The BBQ trailer across the road was delicious, we didn’t try the taco place on the corner but it stayed busy when they were open. The shed was filled with toys, umbrellas, and chairs perfect for the beach. The wagon should probably be thrown away/replaced as the handle is broken in a jagged edge and my husband got cut on it. Jaz was quick to answer the phone when we had a problem with the lock code. If we come down again we would definitely stay here.

We had a lovely stay at this cute beach house. A great space for families and groups of friends. It’s within 100 feet or so of the beach area. The owner provides an ample amount of beach supplies (chairs, umbrellas, a beach wagon, a rolling cooler, sand buckets and toys, boogie boards, a skim board, etc)!

We had a really nice weekend at this beautiful home! The owner was very kind and helpful too. The view was so pretty from the master bedroom... you can lay in bed and hear the waves at night. Overall stay very pleasant. Home was very clean and just a short walk over the walkway to get to beach!

We can't wait to come back and stay here! It was clean, and well stocked with kitchen essentials. It rained Sunday, but there were board games and UNO to keep everyone busy. The shed downstairs has everything you need for the beach. I loved how there were beach towels for us to use. The view from the front patio was gorgeous. You can't beat the location either....! Steps away from the beach. Jaz was very kind & responsive :) We had an amazing time & will be back!

I chose this location for a spring break trip with my two school age boys and my parents. The house was a perfect location for us, and it was a welcome retreat that constantly reminded us we were at the beach. The kitchen, living room, and dining room were ample in space and well prepared for us to make ourselves at home. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. Best of all was the easy access to the beach, the view from the deck, and the access to amazing beach toys for my kids. We all enjoyed our time and are planning to return again soon.

The property was in good shape and clean. We brought out food and drinks and cooked most of our meals: kitchen had everything we needed ! Jaz is an excellent host,and answered any questions i had very promptly! Will definitely be back!

You have thought of everything from the nightlights to the snack basket. You had games and movies galore. We enjoyed being right at the beach and enjoyed both the downstairs shade and breeze and the deck chairs overlooking the beach. Thanks for everything. Your house is beautiful.

Perfect stay! House had everything we needed and so many extras! The beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys were so nice - no need to pack your own! Host was extremely responsive and pleasant to work with- we will definitely stay here again- I couldn’t have picked a better place for our family vacation !
