Beautifully maintained and appointed townhome for your family get away or a great rental for a friends weekend away. Centrally located close to main lodge core amenities/owners club, close to walking trails, walking distance to territory grocery store/deli and lake. Access to owners club provided with rental. Fireplace (firewood provided) , granite countertop in kitchen, two big screen HDTV TV's in main level living room and family room downstairs, all bedrooms have HDTV. Two exterior decks overlooking golf course fairway. New appliance's, stove, refrigerator, dish washer, all dishware, silverware, cookware, linens, provided in kitchen. Linens, soap/shampoos/conditioner's provided in all bathrooms. Washer/dryer provided with detergents. I can’t even begin to explain what an upsetting expierence my family and I had with this booking. My spouse and I drove from Colorado to meet up with my family who drove from Chicago to stay at this location. The host confirmed that an early check in at 2 PM would be fine. However, when 2 PM hit he was completely unresponsive in providing details to get in. We waited several hours and tried calling again. At this point, we still had no information on how to get in. I spent 3+ hours on the phone with VRBO saying they could not get in touch with our host and they confirmed “we were stranded.” Come 7 PM we finally heard from the host that this place had been double booked and another family from another rental company was using the space. We then had to search all over for a new place to stay. VRBO said they would only pay for one hotel room for my family - even though we had three dogs, 6 people and a baby. We ended up leaving Galena and had to drive back to Chicago after packing up everything for our weekend. Very upsetting.

First time staying at the unit. Facilities were as advertised and everything was in good working order. Couldn't figure out the TV (printed instructions would help). Plenty of room and good sleeping accommodations.

Our stay in Galena was good, over all. The townhome was perfect for our needs and in a great location. The Owners Club options were wonderful. My only disappointment was that the kitchen had very limited pots and pans and very dull knives for a fully stocked kitchen. That limited some of the meals we could make. Otherwise it was a wonderful experience.

Our group had a great time staying at this place! Location was perfect for doing anything at Eagle Ridge resort. Host responded to all questions quickly and had the house in great shape. I would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at Farmstead 19. We had lots of room to spread out and relax. This condo is well equipped and even had shampoo and body wash ! The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of pillows. Thank you for allowing us to use your property Ryan.

We stayed in the house for a 60th b-day celebration with friends. It was the perfect spot - plenty of room and very comfortable. The owner was extremely nice - allowing us to check in early as well as taking our time checking out the next day. Thank you for helping to make a memorable weekend.

Host was very accommodating and pleasant. When we arrived a person was in the property putting up a towel bar. She left and upon leaving she asked when we would be out so she could come back to finish her maintenance job. We asked her not to come back. We were not comfortable with a stranger coming in while our personal belongings were in the house. We didn’t care for the fact that she had the combination to get in. The house was very unclean. Dried food all over front of cabinets in kitchen. Almost all of the utensils had food stuck on them. There was marijuana left on the kitchen counter in front of the toaster. There was no mistaking it for anything else. I’m a child of the 60’s & 70’s. I know what it smells like. Dining table was sticky and the hanging lamp above the table was covered in thick greasy dust. You could have scraped it off with a knife. Hard surfaces were not cleaned. We didn’t sit on sofas. Scared of the filth. Carpet was atrocious and buckling everywhere. Lots of damage to furniture. Nothing major, but scratched and broken. The accommodations were extremely outdated and the property shows no pride of ownership. We even went to Walmart and bought new pillows and pillow cases to sleep with. It was a very disappointing stay. The icing on the cake was when we had to lug our garbage to a garbage shed up on a hill in the parking lot. Makes me wonder why we paid a cleaning fee, because clearly the housekeepers did very little. As for Galena, it’s lovely, but I would stay someplace else. Sorry…..not sorry.

We had a wonderful weekend getaway in Galena! Ryan prepared us well for our stay. The venue was clean and had all the comforts of home. The property is about 15 minutes from Galena, so if you plan to go to town prepare accordingly. I recommend this property. It was perfect for a women’s weekend of shopping and hanging out!

The townhouse was spacious, comfortable, and conveniently located. We had access to the Eagle Ridge resort, spa, and pool. Our host communicated effectively with us. Our only difficulty was in accessing the unit, in that, we (3 of us) found the key box difficult to access.

Close & convenient to our family reunion. Switch for garbage disposal was difficult to find behind trash can under sink. TV was hard to figure out - available channel listing would have been nice. Return spring on front screen door missing.

We so enjoyed the beautiful setting to enjoy. We wish there would have been a map available to us to locate the various offerings in the complex, i.e. location of swimming pool, store, etc.

Had a great stay and location was perfect for the hot balloon festival going on. Short drive down town. Ryan also let us get the owner club key sooner then checkin which was great. One big highlight was the clear night and sky full of stars on the back patio.

When arriving at property found out that deck was not usable due to being remodeled. Could not use deck was a big disappointment granted there was a common area in front of the property that we utilized. Also shower drain on main floor was very slow. Standing in ankle deep water while showering is not ideal.

We came for a February getaway with a few families with kids ages 7-11 and a dog. The kitchen was great for cooking big meals, the property was spacious so both kids and adults could relax, and the owner's club pool and recreation was close by and easy to use. We enjoyed the fire place, games, and being able to spread out. The area is beautiful and we enjoyed walks throughout the property. We also got massages at the Eagle Resort. Ryan was highly responsive and extremely accommodating. Check in was easy. There are a few small things that could use repair or updating - one of the thermostat's dial needs repair for example, the sliding door to the upstairs bathroom comes off its tracks easily, if you use the slide out bed in the kids room the door can no longer open fully. Overall very small details. Property was clean but not so fussy that I was worried about the kids ruining anything just by being kids. Good time overall!
