Located at mile marker 106 on the bayside in Key Largo, this home is an ideal location for those looking to enjoy life on the water in the Florida keys. The home is situated for convenient access to Blackwater Sound and Lake Surprise and has a dock and large yard. You can enjoy the outdoors on the new paver patio, bayside dock, and BBQ grill. Inside there is a new gourmet kitchen with new appliances. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 newly renovated bathrooms. The home comes equipped with 2 TVs, cable, and Wi-Fi. The location is convenient to the finest local shops and restaurants as well as world class fishing, snorkeling, and scuba diving. This is your vacation home in paradise.

The house was as listed. Great location across a canal. We found the house very clean. Beds were high quality especially the master bed. Balcony that overlooks the canal is the best spot in the house. We just loved it and spent a large part of our house time here. Kitchen equipments were new and very good. Joy, the owner is very nice and has been easy to reach out to. There have been couple issues during our stay but she promptly addressed them. We had planned for a boat trip on the day of departure (ultimately that got canceled due to a marine advisory!) and hence needed to stay in the property a little longer. When I reached out, Joy accommodated a late check out which helped us a lot. Highly recommend this nice property for a memorable trip to Key Largo.

Great access to the bays. Boating in this area was very accessible. Lots of wild life in area.

The kitchen was well furnished. Joy was very responsive when we had questions.We loved watching for manatees in the canal, eating fresh fish at local places, going to the parks for walks, watching sunsets and the warm weather.
