About this condo rental

Nestled in San Clemente, this charming condo for $350 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Our beach condo has two bedrooms & two baths with a King bed in the master bedroom, and twin beds in the guest room. There's a cozy fireplace in the living room and a wide screen TV with cable, a sound bar, DVD player and DVR for recording shows. The condo has heating and air conditioning plus ceiling fans in the living room and master bedroom. The kitchen is state-of-the-art with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, microwave, dishwasher, double-door refrigerator and custom built wood cabinets. The roomy dining area is great for fine dining, or a casual feel. It overlooks the large balcony which has its own table, chairs, barbecue, and fabulous ocean view. There are new hardwood floors and area rugs throughout the condo and tile floors in the baths. The bathrooms have granite counters and wood cabinets. The master bath has a travertine shower and modern shower fixtures. There's also a washer/dryer unit. Sheets and towels are provided. Other amenities include a Heated Pool & Spa with a new travertine deck, and gated, covered parking. Beach chairs, an umbrella, sand toys, and a wagon for carting them to the beach are ready and waiting. San Clemente is called "The Spanish Village by the Sea!". The village has charming shops, boutiques and restaurants. a historic pubic library, and a Fed-Ex store. Our condo is located in the popular "Pier Bowl" area. There are restaurants on and near the pier as well as a small grocery, coffee shop and ice cream parlor across the street. There's a beach path for walking that meanders along the coast. It's a 3 minute walk to the pier and 2 short blocks to the village. There are a few local golf clubs with incredible views nearby. If you are looking for more shopping, the San Clemente Outlet Mall is now open. Farther away, there's incredible shopping at Mission Valley Mall, Fashion Island and South Coast Plaza, world class entertainment at the Segerstrom Performing Arts Center, Verizon Amphitheater and Honda Center as well as sports at the Angel Qualcomm Stadiums. You can explore further by taking the Amtrak from the pier to San Diego or you can drive up the coast to Dana Point (jet skiing, para sailing, fishing and more) or on up to Laguna Beach and Newport Beach. Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, Legoland, Sea World and the world famous San Diego zoo are about an hour away. The Metrolink train stops at the pier on Saturdays and Sundays and every day at North Beach off of Pico Avenue.

We loved staying in Lorraine’s condo. It was super close to the San Clemente Pier with amazing ocean views. We loved being able to walk to many cute shops and restaurants. The pool and hot tub were great and it was mainly just us swimming! The condo beds were comfortable and clean. Loved having a washer and dryer in the unit too! We would absolutely consider staying her again!

Our stay was for our 20 year anniversary. We brought our teenage sons and had an amazing time. The cleaning lady was still cleaning when we arrived at 4pm, but we didn't mind. We just ran up to the grocery store while she finished. Lorraine did a wonderful job stocking everything you could possibly think of. The check in process could have been a struggle, but her very detailed instructions made it very easy. The elevator would stop working from time to time, but seemed like it was quickly addressed. Location is fantastic, beautiful views! Would definitely stay again!

Everything about this condo was perfect for a family of 4. My husband and I and our adult son and teen son had plenty of space and the view is amazing. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made cooking a few meals enjoyable. The beds were very comfortable and we loved spending time on the extra large patio. The location is perfect. Just a couple blocks to restaurants, shopping and the beach. The parking spot was really nice to have, as street parking can be a little tricky. We enjoyed the pool and there were plenty of beach chairs. Thank you for a great stay, we'll definitely be back!

This was our 2nd stay as we absolutely love this condo! It is in a great location close to the ocean and pier, local restaurants and more! The condo is updated, clean and spacious and the view can’t be beat!

Nice unit. For me I could have used more comfortable seating, side tables and brighter lighting. But it check all the boxes. Having the pool heated to 88 degrees with the unseasonably cool weather was a godsend!

This condo is very clean and quiet and the location couldn't be better. Many great restaurants within easy walking distance and we walked every day along the beach. We really enjoyed San Clemente and would definitely stay in this condo again if we return.

What an incredible week we had! Gorgeous views and beautiful condo. It was a perfect location and had everything needed for a week at the beach. Our family enjoyed walking the beach trail every morning/evening, daughter participating in surf camp and our very favorite - lunch everyday at The Fisherman. We appreciate you allowing us to stay in your condo this week. We look forward to a return visit soon. Amazing!!!

We had a great stay at Lorraines condo overlooking the pier and San Clemente happenings. The condo was clean, the kitchen had every appliance we needed, the bedding and bathrooms were fresh and ready for us to enjoy. We are walkers and runners and loved the quick access to the ocean path that runs from Calafia and beyond to North Beach. We ate in almost every evening, but enjoyed a couple of nice lunches at the restaurant on the pier. Thursday concert was a fun surprise right below us on the sand. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and welcoming after a few of us had some good runs on the beach. Loved the underground parking and elevator convenience. No complaints at all about this place. Truly, it has so many positives, location, safety, view, quiet neighbors, washer/dryer...I could go on and on.

My husband, two kids, and I really enjoyed our stay here. The weather was beautiful, and this unit really fit our needs. It was spacious, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed and more, and the view of the ocean was wonderful. We appreciated the short walk down to the pier and the beach, and we had ice cream there way too often (and also ate at Fisherman's a couple of times). We had the complex pool to ourselves when we were there nearly every day. We did struggle a bit with check-in, but that was largely because we got in really, really late after a late flight into LAX. I wasn't exactly sure what I was looking for when we arrived, and in the dark, it was confusing. I wasn't clear how to get into the garage until after we were in the unit and picked up the garage opener, but I probably should have asked some questions in advance. Other than that bobble, everything went very smoothly. We really appreciated that there were tissues, paper towels, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, and beach towels. Thank you for a great spot for a wonderful vacation!

One of those places that are even better when you arrive. So much attention to detail including having nightlights, tissues, fully stocked kitchen, beach toys, chairs, towels and so much more. Very clean. Absolutely great location. Ocean views and if you are staying at a beach town, it's exactly what you want. Can't think of anything I would change. Hope to be back again.

Our month stay was absolutely perfect and we fell in love with San Clemente! You can't beat the location of the property, stunning beach views and the space the unit affords. Lorraine was such a wonderful host -- very attentive and responsive. The walk to beach was only a 4 minutes, the pool was perfect for a nice afternoon relaxation, and it was convenient to be able to walk to cute restaurants. Next time we are in San Clemente, we will most definitely be re-booking.

This place is even better in person than in the pictures. Perfect location-steps to the beach and quick walk to restaurants. Owner is super nice. Lots of beach gear to borrow. I would stay here again and recommend to friends
