It has not been a problem for any guest so far (over 200 stays) but we just don't want anyone to be surprised. Ocean views, beach gear and proximity to the beach are just the beginning with this spacious 1 bedroom/1 bath condo. Other amenities include: → Two premium king-size mattresses (including a very easy and comfortable MURPHY bed). → Premium Jennifer Adams linens → Softened water for spa-like showers → Large TVs in living room and bedroom with multiple streaming services, including (Netflix, Amazon, Disney, Sling TV for live shows/ESPN, Peacock, Paramount, HBO, and Hulu) → Board games and toys → Over 150 free movies and TV series on Amazon Prime account → Baby equipment → Insider tips on the best of San Clemente → Very clean spaces and we even wash our duvet covers every turnover → Six-star service with a smile :) It's our goal to provide you with everything you will need to relax, spend quality time with your loved ones, and enjoy the best San Clemente has to offer! Guest Access: Entire space is included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home. The Neighborhood: Located in the San Clemente Pier Bowl which is like a small Spanish walking village with small cafes, a great coffee shop, ice cream, convenience store, two great restaurants, a waterfront park, and a beach walking trail. You could easily get by without using your car once during your stay. Getting Around: You can walk to just about everything you would need or take the free seasonal trolley to go even further. - Main beach at San Clemente pier (2 min walk) - 30 amazing restaurants (2-10 min walk) - T-street for boogie boarding and surfing (10 min walk down beach trail) - Coffee, ice cream, convenience store, and pizza (2 min) - Farmer's market every Sunday (7 min walk) - Boutiques (7-10 min walk) - Casa Romanica (5 min walk) - Community Center (7 min walk) - Outlets (2 minute walk and 15 min trolley ride) - Disney Land (45 min drive) - Lego Land (35 min drive) - San Diego (60 min drive) - LA (60-90 min drive) Other Things to Note: - This unit is called a LOFT because the BEDROOM has a LOW CEILING (7ft). It has not been a problem for any guest so far (over 200 stays) but we just don't want anyone to be surprised. - Free bikes (fat and regular)! We provide everything you need to enjoy San Clemente at no charge: Bikes and helmets, Boogie Boards, Beach Chairs, Beach Towels, Umbrella, a wagon, a cooler, beach paddleball, and even yoga mats. - Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. - Strict quiet hours of 10pm to 8am. - This condo is in a fully-soundproofed 6-unit building with all six units owned and operated by us. Five of these units are one-bedroom and we also have a studio. Let us know if you need multiple units and we will try to give you adjacent units. This condo #5 of 6 - Up to two Pets can be allowed on a case by case basis with pre-approval. Due to the close proximity of neighbors, we can only take quiet, well-trained dogs less than 60lbs. A Pet fee of $20/night will apply for each approved pet. We have a small "dog park" on-site and San Clemente is pet-friendly :) - The unit is limited to a maximum of 4 guests. After three guests, additional guests will be charged at a rate of $25/person per night. Unit Privacy - There are security camera in outside common areas only (none inside units) - We have decibel sound meters in the kitchen and balcony areas of our condos to alert us to violations to our quiet hours. These devices do not record or listen in any way - only measure overall noise level. Cathy and Pete thought of everything...place was quiet, so close to the beach and so clean and comfortable...the added beach stuff was wonderful! My husband, surfed for the first time-on his bucket list! Thank you!

We rented the space to enjoy time at baby shower in the area. The location was absolutely perfect! So close to one of our fave coffee shops and the beach of course. Easy parking. Easy access. Clean! Perfect for my sister and I. I will be back for sure.

The condo was exactly as advertised, and very clean! Beachy Boho decor and such a quiet, lovely neighborhood with super friendly neighbors and pets! Easy communication with owners, an Alexa home, newly remodeled and has your own covered parking spot. Felt like home !

This little adorable one bedroom place is located close to the beach and pier and close to old town and is just perfect! We arrived to a nice bottle of wine and the refrigerator was set up with some beverages for our stay. The owners could not be more accommodating and responsive - They were great! I would recommend this quiet little place for your next stay. Note the king size bed is a sofa bed, the very comfortable bedroom has a queen size bed. Highly recommend! GREAT COMMUNICATION!

The property was exactly as listed but the amenities were the best I've ever seen. Bikes, beach towels and equipment, yoga mats & blocks plus access to several streaming services to include Peloton! (My daughter and I did a fun kickboxing workout on the Peloton app). Steps to the beach and loads of restaurants within walking distance. The Murphy bed was oversized and comfortable, the low ceilings in the bedroom were not an issue at all.

This location is perfect for a beach stay. I loved the easy access to the beach and the property has everything you need for a day at the beach. I was amazed. It was so clean and nicely decorated. The neighbors were nice and neighborhood was quiet. I would definitely come back. It is the nicest rental I have stayed in.

From the very beginning the renting process was easy & efficient! Peter & Cathy are awesome hosts! They have thought of everything! The unit is so well stocked! When we arrived after our long ride, we sat back & relaxed with a beer from the fridge!!! The location is awesome. A few minutes walk and you're at the beach! We will be back!!!
