This downtown San Clemente condo puts everything within reach: the pier a short stroll away, shops and restaurants just five minutes on foot, and the beach close enough that a spontaneous sunset walk is always on the table.
Sleeping arrangements
The condo sleeps up to 4 guests across two bedrooms and a flexible living area. The primary bedroom features a queen size bed, an ensuite bath, and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom also offers a queen size bed. The living room includes a queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space. Bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and clothing storage are all provided.
Outdoor living
The rooftop deck is where this home truly shines. Accessible directly from within the unit, it`s fitted with outdoor furniture, a fire pit, a gas BBQ grill, a private outdoor kitchen, and an outdoor dining area - everything you need to spend a long evening outside. Ocean views frame the whole setting, whether you`re grilling dinner, sharing drinks, or simply watching the sky change.
Living & entertainment
Inside, the living area is a comfortable place to decompress - TV and Ethernet connection included. A dedicated workspace in a common area, set up with an ergonomic chair and laptop stand, makes it easy to get things done without sacrificing your downtime. Central air conditioning and heating keep the space comfortable year-round.
Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen covers everything you`d need for meals at home - refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and baking sheet, plus cooking basics, dishes, silverware, wine glasses, and barbecue utensils. A dining table brings everyone together for shared meals, and a grocery store directly across the street makes stocking up effortless.
Bathrooms & essentials
The condo includes 2.5 bathrooms stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and cleaning products. Washer, dryer, iron, and an initial supply of household essentials are also on hand to help you settle in without any friction.
Parking & access
Two dedicated parking spots are included in a gated garage, with EV charging available. Free street parking is also nearby. Self check-in is handled via smart lock, with a key fob and physical key provided for the duration of your stay. A private entrance gives you easy, independent access throughout.
Location
Situated in the heart of downtown San Clemente, you`re 0.7 miles from the San Clemente Pier and a short walk to beach access. Shops, cafes, and restaurants are all within a five-minute walk, and a grocery store sits directly across the street.
Policies & additional notes
Exterior security cameras are present on the property for safety.
Check in is after 4PM local time, and check out is 11AM. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation. There is no extra fee for early check in, or, late check out (If we can accommodate your request, we most certainly will!)
Our condo is accessible using a key fob and then a physical key that allows entry into the condo through your entire stay.
Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.
We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.
Pet policy
No cats, certain non-shedding hypoallergenic dogs will be considered at an additional fee.
We highly recommend travel insurance for any unforeseen circumstances. Our cancellation policies are firm.
