The Neighborhood: Stroll up the street into our quaint downtown village with a variety of boutique shops, several world-class restaurants, a cozy wine and cheese bar, a local playhouse, a retro candy store, and a farmer’s market every Sunday morning. Stroll down the street and explore the beautiful beaches, the pier, beach running trail, and seaside parks. Or just stay in the condo to enjoy a relaxing day with a steady ocean breeze and quiet evenings with stunning sunsets. The area near the pier (2 min walk) has just about everything you might need in terms of restaurants, convenience stores, great coffee, and treats. You can also jump on the free San Clemente hop-on hop-off trolley here to ride up the hill to the Avenida Del Mar downtown village, shops, restaurants, outlet malls, and a farmer's market. Located in the San Clemente Pier Bowl which is like a small Spanish walking village with small cafes, a great coffee shop, ice cream, convenience store, two great restaurants, a waterfront park, and a beach walking trail. You could easily get by without using your car once during your stay. Getting Around: You can walk to just about everything you would need or take the free seasonal trolley to go even further. - Main beach at San Clemente pier (2 min walk) - 30 amazing restaurants (2-10 min walk) - T-street for boogie boarding and surfing (10 min walk down beach trail) - Coffee, ice cream, convenience store, and pizza (2 min) - Farmer's market every Sunday (7 min walk) - Boutiques (7-10 min walk) - Casa Romanica (5 min walk) - Community Center (7 min walk) - Outlets (2 minute walk and 15 min trolley ride) - Disney Land (45 min drive) - Lego Land (35 min drive) - San Diego (60 min drive) - LA (60-90 min drive) Other Things to Note: - Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. - Strict quiet hours of 10pm to 8am. - This condo is in a fully-soundproofed 6-unit building with all six units owned and operated by us. Five of these units are one-bedroom and we also have a studio. Let us know if you need multiple units and we will try to give you adjacent units. This condo #2 of 6 - Up to two Pets can be allowed on a case by case basis with pre-approval. Due to the close proximity of neighbors, we can only take quiet, well-trained dogs less than 60lbs. A Pet fee of $20/night will apply for each approved pet. We have a small "dog park" on-site and San Clemente is pet-friendly :) - The unit is limited to a maximum of 4 guests. After three guests, additional guests will be charged at a rate of $25/person per night. Unit Privacy - There are security camera in outside common areas only (none inside units) - We have decibel sound meters in the kitchen and balcony areas of our condos to alert us to violations to our quiet hours. These devices do not record or listen in any way - only measure overall noise level. This was absolutely the best place I have ever stayed with Vrbo! I travel bi weekly so that is saying something! The space is so clean, best view you could ask for, and they have every amenity you could think of! Parking is very easy and in walking distance to the beach and food. It was very quiet as well. The place has a very comfy bed along with the Murphy bed in the living room! We actually loved the view so much we slept in the living room mainly since the Murphy bed was so comfy. I will 100% be returning!!

First, the pictures don't fully do justice to the beauty of the condo or the ocean views! We were in San Clemente for our son's wedding, and this place was absolutely perfect for venue location and some much-needed R and R before and after the nuptials. The condo appeared freshly and beautifully updated with an upscale, but laid-back coastal vibe and comfortable ocean-view lanai. And no amenity was missed! Fully-equipped kitchen with a beverage-stocked fridge, everything needed for a quick or leisurely coffee-making or gourmet dinner, blankets, extra sheets, lovely and comfortable furniture, and yoga mats, dumbbell weights and Peloton access on the TV, beach chairs, lounge chairs, bikes, beach towels and dirty towel hamper downstairs (!), beach carts and kid toys, and a shower station to wash off sandy feet. And a great laundry room with the newer double LG washer/dryer units. With a VERY short walk to the beach, pier, and beach path in one direction or another short walk to downtown, this location, setting, and environment were stunning and enjoyable in every way. Opening both the lanai sliding door and front door (sliding screen provided) allowed us to enjoy wonderful ocean breezes and sounds. And the host response was great! I put in a message about lack of hot water, and within two minutes, I received a call and a hot water reset. We were disappointed we had to leave! Thank you, Cathy and Peter. Fabulous hospitality! We did feel as though we were staying with friends.

We live in the Central Valley and wanted to get out of the heat. So we booked this condo for our getaway. The condo is amazing! Very well stocked and the hosts were great not to mention the fantastic view. We were missing measuring cups/spoons and Cathy brought us some immediately. We actually got her to stay and visit. Super nice! Highly recommend to anyone.

We booked this property to decompress following a SoCal baseball tournament. t was perfect for our family of 4. The apartment was thoughtfully layed out and decorated. The ocean view with balcony stools to work with your morning coffee or enjoy a post beach drink was legit. And, the property had all the toys you need for a great beach day (chairs, carts, unmbrellas, fresh towels, boards, etc.), which were readily available for the 2 minute walk to the beach. Wouldve extended our stay if it had been available and wont hesitate to stay here again.

My husband and I had a fabulous time exploring the California Coast from San Diego to Huntington Beach. The condo was a central location and perfect for our plans. We loved being within walking distance of the the pier, walking trail and restaurants. The condo was beautiful and the hosts thought of every little detail to welcome guests and make the stay comfortable! The fantastic ocean view was a plus!

This is the nicest vacation rental we have stayed in! First of all the location is excellent. You can walk everywhere in town and the parking for the unit is easy. We stayed in the penthouse unit which had a million dollar view out to the ocean and pier. Everything about the unit was just perfect from the well equipped kitchen to the most comfortable beds!!! The amenities are an added bonus. We biked, used the beach chairs, beach towels, beach toys. They have thought of everything. We highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again!!!

This place was absolutely amazing! The beds were the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. And the in-room massage was great! Hosts were available to call questions and needs. The wine and beverages were also very appreciated. We will be back soon!

Steps to the pier bowl, panoramic ocean views, adorable or furnishings. We stay in San Clemente often for quick getaways and this was our favorite stat so far. Attention to detail is obviously paramount for these hosts. This condo was stocked with everything you could possibly need or want on a beach getaway. We will definitely be back.
