We are centrally located between Los Angeles and San Diego. We are approx 1 hour away from San Diego Airport and 1.5 hours from LAX (worth the drive). We offer a fully stocked home with all the amenities you need, including all the necessities for beach fun ! Enjoy your own private patio with BBQ, lounge seating along with a fully stocked kitchen and perfectly styled living quarters. Free WiFi throughout the house. We invite you to relax and watch TV with over 200 channels plus Netflix or play some board games! Guest book and information regarding local things to do, how to get around and restaurants are in the home. 1 on-site covered parking spot included as well as street parking. We have AC located in the living room that has the capacity to cool the entire home. Please note, the bedrooms do not have their own AC vent. Bedroom 1, has a king bed and bedroom 2, has a queen bed. Enjoy a sunset on the patio and then sink into our comfortable beds! We have boogie boards, beach chairs, cooler, beach towels and sand toys. Come relax, your sunny getaway awaits! We are always available by phone, text or the app. We also live on the property and are always available for any of your needs or travel inquires! Located in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood which offers walking distance to beaches, exercise trails, shopping and dining! We are located on the beach side of El Camino Real. Easy access to freeway allowing for quick and easy travel to multiple sought-after destinations such as San Diego Zoo, Lego Land, Disneyland and many others! Close to Camp Pendleton, multiple hiking trails, several golf courses and of course, famous Southern California beaches. San Clemente Summer Weekend Trolly - FREE- taking you from a near by stop every 15 minutes all around beautiful San Clemente which connects to the local Dana Point Trolley and also the Laguna Beach Trolley. Uber, Lyft and taxis are readily available! Amtrak, Pacific Surfliner Route - train - takes you from San Clemente to Sea World, all the way to Downtown San Diego. Heading north, the Surfliner takes you directly through Anaheim, making your ticket to Disneyland worry free. Not to mention, this convenient train will take you all the way to Los Angeles.

Wes and Tahnee's place was perfect. It was close to the beach, walking distance to stores, and the property had everything we needed! They were also super on point about communication, definitely appreciate our hosts! Would certainly stay here again if I was in the area

Cozy 2 bedroom unit. Quiet neighborhood with elementary school and park a few blocks away. Steep driveway. Wonderful and responsive hosts. Would stay here again.

My husband and I stayed here for four nights in August. We were very impressed with the friendly interactions with the owners who checked in on us the day of the historic tropical storm Hilary. The house is clean and bright with a large outdoor deck space. The kitchen was well stocked and the bed was comfortable. It was an 8 minute walk to the beach and there was a free trolley stop close to the house. Restaurants in the town area are also within walking distance. We highly recommend this house as a great place to stay when you are visiting San Clemente.

The home was perfect for my family of four and our pup! The decor was cute and beach-themed, and the kitchen was well-stocked. The laundry room was super convenient and had everything we needed. The large, fenced patio sits well above the street giving it a more secluded feel and a better view. It was definitely my dog’s favorite spot to hang out and people watch and was a lovely place to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee in the mornings. There’s a charming free trolley that takes you around town and you can walk to two of its stops from the home. The driveway was narrow and tricky to maneuver but there was ample street parking as an alternative. The beach is a longer walk (for a nice sandy area for the kids to play) or a short drive or trolley ride away. Tons of nearby restaurants. We had a wonderful time! Highly recommend!

Initially, we were surprised to see one bathroom when two bathrooms were listed on the heading on-line. However, it turned out to be fine for our family of four. We loved the beautiful updated kitchen and the kids loved all the netflix, apple TV was a huge bonus. It was the PERFECT location to San Clemented North Beach, a 4 minute drive! Also, great communication with the owners. We enjoyed a great little vacation for our family! Thank you!

We were here visiting our son, who is a U. S. Marine. This location was perfect for us. Close to everything and very clean and comfortable. The owners were very easy to communicate with. Will definitely use this company again.

Easy to book, close to beach, place had a great beach vibe. After check in, we were going to prepare a meal. We were checking on silverware. Several knives had stuck on food on them. We washed them, but aside from that, it was a great stay!

This home was perfect for me and my Marine son and his wife. It was clean and had all the amenities so we were able to stay in and cook for ourselves giving my son some much needed rest relaxation.
