Nestled in Burien, this attractive house for $281 per night is a great option for your next trip. This is a newer home built in 2017 with lots of room to enjoy during your downtime. The property offers a bocce ball court, a large private yard in the rear of the home, an outdoor barbecue area, flower & vegetable garden and plenty of parking. The inside of the home is very open with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths.allowing plenty of room to make you feel at home. The home is located at the south end of West Seattle and 2 blocks south of Westwood Village shopping center which hosts the local bus hub just across the street. Freeways are easily accessible and only 20 minutes from Seatac airport. It is conveniently close to parks, ferries to Vashon island & Kitsap peninsula, Century Link field & Tmobile Park. The owners live in one of the units while in town and enjoy greeting guests. There is also a Bocce ball court on the property for guests to use during their downtime. It also has a large private back yard with outdoor seating and barbecue.

This was an excellent base for 3 couples for one week. We were there to cheer on the Blue Jays and to get to know Seattle. The owner was very responsive to our every need. Lovely outdoor area. Nice dining room for meals and playing games. The downstairs bedroom had a very firm mattress. Two out of three bedrooms upstairs had comfy mattresses but the master with ensuite was not very comfortable. Other small notable things … no towel bars just hooks and we ran out of cutlery if we didn’t run the dishwasher after every meal. We we were very happy with all the dishes and pans and so convenient to have some spices. Overall a great experience!

J & J tie the knot
Wonderful space to bring family together. Perfect location to easily go to and fro as family attended wedding at HAF. Out door space allowed for quite down time or activities that were easily enjoyed by all!

Comfortable and spacious
We are a larger crowd and this was a comfortable and spacious place to relax for an extended weekend while visiting family. The table was large and sat 8 comfortably. The kitchen was supplied well for the initial needs. Safeway is two blocks away for convenience. We did not hear any traffic noise from Roxbury. The house was quiet and warm with radiant heating. All-in-all we enjoyed the space. I will note there is one bedroom that needs blackout curtains. I would recommend that change Thanks very much for letting us stay in your home Josephine.

Throughout the booking process and the stay, he was always very responsive and hospitable. When he learned Seattle was going to have very hot temperatures during the stay, he installed a portable AC unit in the main living room to cool the house down. Probably one of our best VRBO experiences, and we have had many good ones!!

Fun place to stay!
This was a fun place to stay while in Seattle! Clean and spacious we loved coming here to relax. We had arrived earlier than we had planned and property manager was very accommodating with that.

We had to stay longer than expected due to the job running longer than planned. Andy was great in working with us to block out days while we figure out how long we really needed. Andy and his wife were very accommodating and we couldn’t have been happier with the house and property.

Seattle retreat
Andy met us on arrival and gave us some great local tips, he’s quite a funny guy! We all slept great and had plenty of room to spread out in the huge house and the location was perfect! Thank you for a great stay.

Beautiful property, very well kept.Near Grocery and bus stop. 25 min drive to downtown area via Uber/Car. Sitting area, kitchen and all the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Hosts were very welcoming and answered all questions. Definitely recommend for family's.

This property is better on site than in the photos. It is very nice, well decorated, beautiful yard, great location. The hosts are very nice and accommodating. The location is excellent. The only TINY recommendation I have is that they add towel bars and rings in the bathrooms - as, there is no place to hang a towel except over the shower rod. There is a hook in the one room with a bathroom, but that is all. Just sayin' - it would be nice!! Still, I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Will stay again
We reserved this place for 4 people to come to Seattle for medical training. The trainees stayed for 2 weeks. The first week they were in another house that they thought was fine, but they really liked this property best. The hosts were warm and accommodating, as well as very communicative with me. I didn't stay at the property, I only facilitated the reservation and asked the trainees to report what kind of review I should leave. They unanimously agreed that they would like to stay here again if necessary. Ample parking and friendly host went a long way toward this 5-star review, but the property is remarkably well kept and had a "good vibe." Well done!!!

Outstanding Property
When we arrived, Andy, the owner, was there to greet us. He took us through the home and explained how to use it. The home is beautiful and accommodated all of our needs. It is close to shopping, grocery stores, gas stations, transportation to center city Seattle, etc. We very much enjoyed our stay there and would recommend it highly to anyone who is looking for a spacious, beautiful place to stay. Great house!
Our whole family stayed at Andy and Josephine's very nice house. There was plenty of sitting room and it was really clean. They have a great bocce ball court there with plenty of outside seating. We had a lot of fun staying there and the family is super nice and accommodating. It's a little far from downtown Seattle but a quick uber worked out great.

Spacious and Clean!
What a lovely and spacious home! It was well-equipped and very clean. There was plenty of room for our group of 5 adults and 2 kids (ages 13 and 10). We enjoyed the Bocce Ball court, touring the beautiful garden, and playing frisbee in the spacious backyard. The location was great as well. We were there during some unusually warm weather, so it did get hot at night- but it was bearable with the fans and the weather cooled off later in our stay. The owners were very helpful and friendly. We would definitely recommend this home.

Like being home.
We were very blessed to be able to stay in Andy’s property. I am a landlord and I am anal and I have never come across anyone that maintains their properties or treats their tenants as well as I do until now. Andy treated us like family. The kids and I agree that staying there was one of the best parts of Seattle. One of the biggest issues I noticed while trying to drive around Seattle is that there doesn’t seem to be a main road. Roads are goofy and begin and end illogically and everybody and their mother is parked on the road. This place a setback and you actually have two guaranteed parking spots. Our house has eight bathrooms and no one is used to sharing. The bedrooms are ample the living room and family room is ample and separate and the bathrooms are new and sized well. We had five other familys in home away properties for the big family wedding we were all attending. Ours was the best by far.

Great location and wonderful hosts.
Spacious and well maintained house with plenty of space and accommodations for our adult group of 7. Easy access to airport and sights of Seattle. No air conditioning so sleeping during a rare hot spell in the city was hot but bearable with fans. Hosts so gracious and generous!

A group of friends stayed in this home while celebrating a wedding in West Seattle. The location was perfect - out of the craziness of Seattle traffic and close to the beaches and parks in West Seattle. There was plenty of parking (another rarity in Seattle). We appreciated the extremely well stocked kitchen since we did some cooking for one of the events. It was just like cooking at home!
With 4 friends and a couple of spouses - the space worked out great. Enough bedrooms and bathrooms, and the two living rooms came in handy for those that woke up early.
Several nights we came back and played bocce ball and visited with Andy and his family. They are wonderful hosts - even brought us some cookies on our first day.
We look forward to returning in the future.
