We had a weekend stay at Studio 12, but wished it could have been longer. Matt and Shay’s Studio 12 was fantastic! It was absolutely one of the cleanest VRBOs we’ve experienced. Our hosts had lights “on” as well as a very comfortable temperature in the studio as we arrived very late. The special touches, soft bedding and towels were wonderful! We hope to book this amazing VRBO again soon!

We spent the weekend for an Aggie football game at Studio 12 and love it the minute we met the owners in their driveway, with smiles and a friendly welcome they directed us to our weekend home.
The minute we walked into our upscale and sheek weekend stay, we were pleased. Everything was clean, new and homey yet modern. The owners offered many thoughtful touches that go beyond the call of duty! We appreciated that extension of kindness.
The location is close to an awesome HEB if groceries are needed, its in a residential area just 5-10 minutes from campus for easy access to activities but set up for a "get away" if you are looking for some relaxation.
We enjoyed going for walks in the neighborhoods and watching the pretty hummingbirds in the backyard. This is a location we would enjoy returning to in the future!

Gorgeous, comfortable unit. Clean, well appointed, and many thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. Will definitely stay here again!
