About this house rental
During Hurricane Florence, our home suffered extensive damage, thus was fully renovated in 2019 - including all new kitchen cabinetry and bathroom vanities with granite tops, new furnishings throughout, custom tiled walk in showers, all new flooring, lighting, etc. We live fairly close by and strive to keep our home impeccably maintained and well stocked.
We are an Oceanfront, 5 bedroom, 4 bath duplex with a private pool. Beds are K,K,Q,Q,D,T. Even though we are a duplex, the pool is exclusively for our side. It is located directly off of the main living area, is fenced in, and is a wonderful extension to the inside living space.
Weekly (Saturday to Saturday) stays only. All bed and bath linens are included with weekly rentals. No Pets and No Smoking Property.

This was the perfect beach house. It was all superlatives - house, view, beach, pool. The house was very well stocked with everything necessary to cook a meal and enjoy the view. The dishes and glassware were very nice and I especially loved the aqua dishes. We also appreciated the really close proximity to the beach. We had 5 little kids in our group, so we needed to go back and forth from the beach to the house often. We spent a lot of time by the pool which was super clean and the perfect size and depth with a nice seating area. The house was very tastefully decorated, beachy but not tacky. We had a wonderful week and will definitely book this house again.

Our 4th time here, and could not love this place more. Many happy memories made at this beach house with our daughters, their hubbies and our grandkids! The house is perfect. It is spotlessly clean, bright and fresh throughout, with great oceanfront views and deck access from main living area and three of the five bedrooms! Bedrooms are spacious with unbelievably comfy mattresses, this assessment coming from someone with a ruptured lumbar disk. Bathrooms are beautifully updated with walk in showers and a full tub for the kid’s room. The living room furniture is quality made, beautifully upholstered, clean and very, very comfortable. They have a great selection of new puzzles. The kids loved them!The kitchen is fully stocked with new, quality cookware and beautiful, beachy vibe tableware. Meal prep was fun and quick because we easily found anything we needed. The pool is perfect. We come in mid May and although the pool is not heated, it’s always warm enough to swim in. Our family loves this location because it’s close to everything we love doing. It’s a fun, very safe, family friendly place. Our sincere thanks to the owners for sharing their beautiful beach home with us every year.
