This location was perfect for me to explore the area Sedona, Grand Canyon, and northern Arizona. The house was well furnished and comfortable. The hosts were very welcoming! I would reserve this one lace again!

We have been coming here for 6 yrs. We enjoy being away from the hustle and bustle of town, we can have our horse with us and just enjoy ‘country’ living!

Fenced so dogs mighty happy which means people mighty happy. Wish I could have brought my horses but dogs and I really enjoyed miles of hiking on State land behind house. Great hot tub, big tvs (3!) Good internet. Kitchenware excellent. Beds comfy. Perfect for us... rural setting.

My husband and I stayed here with our 1 year old lab for 5 weeks in fall 2021. Property was just as described and actually better than the photos with a beautiful view of Granite Mountain out the front living room large window. Located close enough to Prescott, but yet the advantage of a rural location. We attended a class at Gunsite Academy in Paulden and it was convenient to travel beautiful off-highway route to Chino Valley. Hot tub on the deck with another wonderful view of Granite Mountain and privacy from neighbors. We were pleased with the communication with the owner to answer any of our questions. After one month the cleaning gal came and gave the house a complete cleaning. Such a treat. We walked our dog every day in the neighborhood and met several very friendly folks. Yes, many properties have dogs that bark when we went by, but that's life in any rural area. If you have horses, this location would be an amazing find!

We love this property....we have been there several times. We like not being in the middle of town and kind of removed yet close enough to enjoy all that the Prescott area has to offer.

Loved our stay
The house is situated in Williamson Valley, a bit off main roads, but close to the cut across roads that bring you into town at various places. We found our way around well, and found a great Christian church close to the house with an amazing pastor who taught us many new ways to look at old teachings.
The house is well stocked and comfortable, great air, and hot tub that we didn't expect but used and enjoyed.
Porches are nice, spent mornings and evenings out there. It is a very quiet neighborhood, many dogs though. Walking your own dog will wake the dead as everyone has at least two in their yards.
Couldn't get uber or lyft out there.
Overall, loved the stay and the weather was perfect. Also, the picture window affords beautiful views.

Nice property, great location
Location is many times everything and the property is close to town but also backs to state lands. If you are a hiker/horseback rider, being only 0.7 miles from a national forest trailhead is nice! The house is well appointed and nice - it could use new flooring/carpets since the present ones were badly stained. It could also use work since it feels a bit behind on maintenance (but we know the owners have scheduled some of it when we were there).
The horse area is great - 2 paddocks with large stalls and also a round pen, tack room, room for hay storage etc.
One word of warning - we came in with a 3-horse 8ft living quarters trailer pulled by a short-bed truck. Getting in and out was nigh impossible! Anything bigger and your are stuck.

Perfect spot for us
We enjoyed our stay on Bridle Path for several reasons. The house was spacious and the area was close enough to Prescott that we could easily do many things in the area. Our dog was very happy being with us and able to wander around the yard (under supervision, of course), although the neighbor dogs were not very welcoming towards her. The hot tub was a bonus on the cool nights after hiking on trails around Prescott. The house had all the comforts of home with a good variety of cookware, serving dishes, glassware, etc..
Perhaps, since the cell service for AT&T is so "dismal" (Murray's words), a booster would be an improvement for guests. There was an issue while one of us needed to be gone overnight and since there was no cell service, it was a bit of a worry in case something happened and there was no phone or car for the person left back at Bridle Path.
We would return to this vacation home again if our circumstances ever allow!

Perfect retreat
We were lucky enough to book this rental for Memorial Day rather late and loved it. We brought our dog and she had lots of fun roaming the entirely fenced lot. Hiking out the back gate was super convenient too. Everything you need is provided. Thanks Murray!

Awesome weekend
My family and I stayed in this lovely home over a long weekend and just loved it. Very comfortable and peaceful place. It was also nice to be able to take our two dogs so that they could play and see some grass again. One of our dogs has pouted since we got home.
We hope to stay here in the future!

What a find!!
This place is great. The hot tub was incredible, the grounds are huge and enclosed so your kids can run around, and the Wi-Fi and cable TV in several of the rooms is awesome. They were very easy to communicate with, and everything went smoothly. I would recommend this cabin to anybody.

Everyone had a great time and this was a very enjoyable getaway! The house is beautiful, fully stocked, plenty of space and the hot tub is a really nice plus! We will absolutely being staying again sometime.

Wonderful Weekend Escape
We stayed at this property two weeks ago and we couldn't be happier. The house is on a beautiful lot in Prescott right on the foothills of Granite Mountain. We stayed three nights with our dog and young (1.5 year old son) and were able to live live locals in Prescott. Hiking trails are literally right behind you for miles of hiking/walking/running out the back gate. Downtown Prescott is 10 minutes away, the Heritage Park Zoological Sanctuary and Embry Riddle is 7 minutes away. Chino Valley is but a few miles north of the property as well. The house was in great shape and very homey, kitchen, was clean and well-stocked with all the utensils and provisions you need for your stay. Murray was most helpful in exchanging keys and was wonderful to communicate with via email and phone. We will be back for sure.

Greatest place to stay EVER!
My friend and I came up with our two horses from Phoenix and our dogs and we ALL had a GREAT time. The owners are great, the house is amazing and best of all the horse trails right outside the properties gate is simply the best. The footing is amazing and the views spectacular. We saw Antelope, cows and calves and many different types of birds. We will certainly be coming back. If you have horses and dogs this is the best place to stay in Prescott, hands down.

Holiday Rental
Great house and excellent fixtures and accomadations. Thank you for inviting us into your home. Only small downside is the drain for the basement toilet needs work as it doesn't flush reliably. Everything else worked, even had functioning WIFI, cable TV, dishwasher and washer/dryer!

This was one of the best vacations we have had in recent years.
We spent a few weeks at this property with our 2 dogs. Even though the house and the grounds looked very nice in the photos, in reality they were much nicer. The extensive grounds were very attractively and naturally landscaped and were neat and well maintained. The house and the furnishings were also much nicer than we had expected. The furniture was very attractive and in the right style for the house. Everything was very clean, well maintained and adequately equipped. The owners were very nice and prompt about taking care of any problems and answering our questions.
The property is located in the lush and green Williamson Valley area, in the foothills of granite mountain. The views all around were incredible, specially sunrises and sunsets. The peace, quiet, and privacy were unsurpassed even though we were only a short distance from downtown with all the restaurants, shops, art galleries and the very attreactive and historic Courthouse Square in the middle.
There is plenty of activity all around. The area is very famous for its hiking and mountain biking trails which we thoroughly enjoyed.
I would recommend this property for all age groups, younng and old and whether they are interested in a quiet or active stay. We would definitely consider a return visit ourselves.

Perfectly met our needs!
We were looking for a place to celebrate my mother's 80th birthday together as a family. This lovely house and property were an outstanding venue! The house is even nicer than the pictures portray. I have rented from VRBO in the past and it can be a little "iffy" on what you actually see when you walk in the door. Pati's home felt like a home, not like a rental. Everything was very clean and inviting. The quality of the pots, pans, dishes, silverware was above what you normally find in a vacation rental. The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated, the kitchen well-designed, the view was so beautiful - especially at night when the stars were shining. The kids loved the hot tub, and our dog was totally content wandering the fully fenced property. I would definitely return to this location.

We really enjoyed stayed here for a quiet weekend getaway. The house was very well set up and included all the comforts of home. My kids and dogs loved the large yard and spent most of their time riding bikes and playing outside. We also enjoyed the spa and relaxed after a hard day of playing. We appreciate how dog friendly this house is and we especially love the Williams Valley area of Prescott. We look forward to returning sometime soon.

Sweet Cottage
This was our third fabulous stay at this sweet cottage. What a wonderful improvement over a hotel when we come to Prescott! We have stayed here for the Terminator Wrestling Tournament and Arizona State Wrestling Championship at Tim's Toyota Center (20 minute drive), and a summer wrestling camp at Embry Riddle (10 minute drive). After a long day in an arena chair, a soak in the hot tub really hit the spot! There was 5-6 inches of snow one morning and it still only took 23 minutes to Tim's Toyota Center. Thank you so much!

This vacation home was perfect for my husband, our Yorki and me. We were exploring the Prescott area for a retirement home and this vacation home , located in the beautiful Williamson Vallley of Prescott, was just minutes away from downtown Prescott as well as area attractions. We had a convenient location, a bright open fully equipped kitchen, secure private parking, great views, peaceful quiet neighborhood, and the spacious yard was clean and well maintained. The pictures and description are accurate in describing the home's appearance and amenties. The home is family owned and they provided prompt and excellent service in answering all of our questions and concerns. This is truly a place where you can bring your luggage and loose your baggage. I highly recommend this getaway property for sightseeing or maybe just reminiscing with family and friends while reuniting with nature.

Prescott Getaway
Thank you so much for your lovely accommodations! The house was warm and inviting, very clean, and had all the comforts of home! The location was super..very private but close to all that Prescott has to offer. We loved hiking Granite Mountain right near the house! We also enjoyed spinning at the YMCA and rock scrambling in the amazing Granite Dells. Our favorite place to eat out is the Prescott Brewery on the town square. We can't wait to come back and stay again this year!

JUST A WONDERFUL PLACE. NICE AND CLEAN AND THE OWNERS WERE REALLY SUPER. I WAS STUCK WITH A FAMILY CRISES AND IN A HURRY WITH DOGS AND HORSES AND FOUND THIS PLACE. I WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE YOU CAN'T GO WRONG. NOT JUST THE VIEWS BUT CLOSE TO EVERYTHING YOU WOULD NEED AND YET PEACEFUL. THEY WERE JUST SO HELPFUL AND EASY TO DEAL WITH.

Wonderful Prescott
I come to Prescott every year for the Rodeo over the 4the of July weekend. I always stay at this house. The house is cozy and comfortable with every amenity you could ask for. There's the feeling of privacy and seclusion. The neighborhood is quiet and the views are beautiful. Downtown Prescott is 8 miles from the house and the drive in is lovely. The Rodeo grounds is about 5 miles from home. And on the way into town stop at on of the best steak houses in Prescott, The Dry Gulch. Yum,Yum!!
Although I have yet to bring my horses, there is endless riding right out the back door. Oh, and did I mention, after a long day of "whatever" there's that hot tub out under the stars. Unbelievably wonderful!! I could go on and on. Love Prescott, Love this house and location.
