The staff are incredibly friendly and quickly answered all our questions. They also allowed us to store our luggage for free both before check-in and after check-out.
The room is clean and comfortable.
Although there is no private bathroom inside the room, the shared bathroom facilities were very clean. The communal kitchen was also well-equipped.
In terms of location, it is quite good—only about a 10-minute walk from both the train station and the bus station.
There are only two shared bathrooms per floor, so you might need to queue for them in the morning.

The MouraLua must be brand new because everything feels modern and super clean. We had a triple bed room and a single room to accommodate our family of four. The bathrooms and kitchen and shared space are clean. The units have air conditioning. The staff was quickly responsive using WhatsApp.
Please know that there is no one on site to check you in. Because we had not fully checked in with the required passport information and did not have cellular service, the kind man at the Hostel next door helped us use his WiFi. Once we got that sorted, it was easy to get in with the code.

Beautiful location, with the farmers market right down beneath us! In the middle of the Sintra centrum on walking distance of the castles! It was easy to check-in and the decoration and furniture looks good.
We were surprised to see the washing machine was there only for decoration. The employee looked very stressed and not able to handle all the cleaning by herself. We felt sorry for her. When we arrived there were many dirty cups in the cubbard, we cleaned it ourselves, no problem.
