The location was very nice for walking to restaurants, laundrymat, shops, the old city, and parks. The kitchen had everything you'd need to prepare food. The outdoor seating in the garden area was refreshing and relaxing. We enjoyed having the communal living room seating thay was peaceful looking out over the gardens. Easy check on and check out process. Nice private little balcony area with table, chairs and a drying rack. Big remodeled shared bathroom.

Great value in a good spot. It was very much a guest house as opposed to hotel experience, but we knew that. The shared bathroom wasn't an issue. It was right next to our room and wasn't too busy.
There was no reception as such so we were a bit confused about where to leave our bags, but then a passing member of staff told us to leave them in the hall. I get that it's not a hotel so can't expect that sort of staffing. Just would have liked clearer instructions or a notice somewhere

Shared bathroom - it was a lovely bathroom but as an older traveler this was a bit compromising for me.

The view was incredible, the house was decorated beautifully and it was so easy to book. Loved it and would absolutely book again.
My only issue was that other occupants were quite loud late at night and kept us up- I know this is hard to manage, but I think having clear rules about consideration for others with noise after certain times might help.
