Brilliant place to stop on a coast to coast bike ride. Lots of Hadrian's Wall etc. . great Kitchen, well organised. Very Helpfull, bike shed, Everything I needed.

Newbrough is a small place and the property was central to everything. Everything was well laid out and the instructions for entry to the bunk rooms and secure bike store were explicit and easy to execute. The property was really clean and the bedding and towels were beautifully laundered.
The property, at capacity, could accommodate 18 people. We were the only people in the property and there was 5 of us. The kitchen, whilst very clean and well stocked, was way too small for 18 people. Thankfully for us we were the only ones there and so it was perfect for our needs. All 5 of us were of this opinion.

I stayed here while cycling along Hadrian's Cycleway. I was surprised that I was the only one staying in the entire bunkhouse. The host was communicative. I appreciated the secure bicycle storage. There’s a pub almost next door which is convenient, but you need a booking. I was thankful for the kitchen at the bunkhouse. It was comfortable and clean. I would stay again.
