About this house rental
This spacious 2400+ sq/ft home overlooks downtown Grafton and the confluence of the Mississippi and Illinois rivers. It accommodates larger groups by offering two master bedrooms (with private bathrooms), a bedroom with a bathroom across the hall, and a queen size sofa sleeper. A large front room and upstairs sitting area provide spectacular views of the rivers. Outside there is a deck and covered seating area for enjoying the same scenic view. Close to area attractions The Loading Dock, Grafton Winery, Aries Winery, Raging Rivers, Brussels Ferry, bike paths and Pierre Marquette State Park. Need more space? We had a great stay. Loved the place it was very clean and had a nice placeOutside for enjoying the fresh air and views. Will book again if needed.

We really enjoyed our weekend. It was a girls trip. The rooms were clean and the place was well stocked. However there were a few areas that needed attention. The front windows that everyone looks out toward the river were filled with dead ladybugs. They really should be cleaned out. Loved the outside sitting areas- but the outside chairs - both on top and on bottom of deck were very dirty. The cleaning person should do a quick wipe down of the chairs and table as part of their cleaning routine. The location is great but the steep hill to get to the house is a pain and not convenient. Beds were comfortable. I would recommend a king size bed in the room upstairs. We enjoyed playing games at the large table.

Owners are awesome! House was stunning! View was amazing! Unless you are very fit and do not mind a strenuous climb up a very steep hill, this may not be for you, but otherwise, this place is awesome!
