Located in Capitola, this lovely cottage for $229 per night is a great option for your next trip. Capitola living at its best! Stay in the heart of the Village with both ocean and creek views. Enjoy walking less than a block to Capitola Beach, dining and shops. This delightful waterfront cottage is just a few steps to Soquel Creek, the "River" and a private waterfront garden escape. Fully furnished, the cottage offers one bedroom and bath plus a Murphy bed in the living room. There is a full kitchen, dining area and deck. Recent storms did not damage this house or most of the Village. Shops and eateries are thriving. Guests are greatly enjoying the water view deck. Washer/dryer are in the garage. Guests may park one car in the left side of the garage and one in the center of the carport on the street behind it. Relax by the "River" or stroll to the Village or Beach. Shadowbrook restaurant and many other favorites are nearby. Grocery stores, banks etc. are about 1/2 mile away. Feel free to ask Janet, the property manager for a tour of Capitola.

I loved this cabin! You couldn’t ask for a better location. Beautiful view of the river and beach, right in the village with a fun neighborhood vibe. The cabin is perfectly stocked, very comfortable and clean. Janet was easy to do business work and very accommodating. I’m a local and will definitely rent this cabin again. Very special.

We love this darling cottage on the river. So much fun to talk with the travelers along the trail. Close to all in the village and great taxi to shadowbrook! Love the whole experience. s

We had a very comfortable time in this 1915 cottage. Sitting by the window seeing the rage of the creek during the rains were exiting. Janet and the owner were very responsive when we had issues with the heater. Thank you!

Loved the quaint cabin on the river. There was always something happening on the river and we loved sitting our on the patio each night. The birds were so much fun to watch- herons, egrets and of course ducks and gulls.

A delightful cottage experience,

My husband and I just spent 7 wonderful days in this charming cottage on the river. It was steps away from the quaint town of Capitola and the beach, while also giving a sense of seclusion on the River. The cottage has a deck with two wicker rockers where we spent a great amount of time. My husband loved talking to all the people walking along the path to the beach. There is also a little private yard with a picnic table and a swing in front of the walking path which is right on the water. The cottage is old school Capitola and has been charmingly updated. The kitchen has all the amenities you would need to prepare your meals, although we loved going to all the restaurants and especially the Polar Bear ice cream shop! The bathroom is very small, but certainly adequate for showers. We are already planning another stay at this seaside gem.

Spent 9 nights in the cute cabin. Used the creek area lots and had BBQs. Can’t wait for our next trip to the area. We will be booking for sure again. Great location for shopping and restaurants plus the beach is very close. It was very busy area during the Memorial Day weekend and week following.

Fabulous Location. Easy communication with property manager...very responsive. Walk to beach, shops, restaurants, etc. Parking for one car in carport. Hard to fit car in the garage space. Lovely peaceful view of Soquel Creek.

The cottage is in a great location, right on the river and an easy walk to Capitola. It was nice inside – clean and plenty of room for one or two people. Janet was great and made me feel welcome. I would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved everything about this cottage! It's beautiful inside and out, with plenty of space to relax and chill out, either inside or out on the gorgeous riverside patio. The kitchen is well stocked and the bed is super comfortable. And the village of Capitola is just steps away. What more could anyone want?
