I thought the breakfast was excellent the staff very friendly and accommodating, and the uniqueness of the hotels decor was very enjoyable
It was a very small thing, but there were no glasses or cups in the room at all

The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Location great. Comfortable bed and pillows.
Cramped room, very little seating and room for luggage. Small counter space. Difficult bed arrangement for a couple: tough to get in and out

It was a good location and the lobby was nice along with the staff.
The hallways are too dark and depressing and the rooms are too small, it felt like I was staying in a cruise cabin. The room had a hospital smell - UGH! Also, I had to check in and out on my own pretty much do everything on my own. The amount I paid for a week stay should at least comp for daily breakfast, but instead I had to pay an expensive breakfast fee on a daily so I only had breakfast once.
