Nestled in Ocean City, this attractive condo for $340 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Just a few sandy footsteps to the beach. Enjoy the beautiful view from our 2nd floor balcony. 1 assigned space + overflow parking. Updated bathrooms, new kitchen, c/a, washer/dryer, d/w, cable and free wifi. Outdoor shower. Non smoking. No pets. Quiet northern, less crowded part of the island. Easy access to North End Park for fishing, crabbing, jogging paths, kiddie playground and ball parks just across the street. 17 miles south of tax free Rehoboth Outlet shopping. Close to lots of restaurants and mini golf courses, movie theaters and public transportation. Ideal for families. No senior week rentals please. Family friendly 6 unit building.

We spent most of our time hanging out on the balcony or eating out there because of the wonderful view of the ocean. View is nice from Living Room too. We like North Ocean City because its so much less crowded than the rest of OC, Bethany or Rehoboth. Access to the beach was super easy. The condo was clean, well-appointed, updated, and everything functioned as it should. Landlords were easy to coordinate with. We brought two cars and never had any trouble finding a spot - one dedicated spot plus extra parking was never full. In fact, the free street parking never seemed to fill up either. Like I said, its a very quiet area. Don't tell anyone. Let's keep it a secret!

Overall good. Short walk to beach. Only disappointment was no elevator. Hard for senior family to negotiate and carry belongings in and out. Wish I would have asked this question.

Overall our stay at this location was a nice one. Unfortunately though, when we arrived the unit had not been cleaned. While this did cause some inconveniences for us, Bill and Nancy worked with me to rectify the situation and make it right and fair in the end. I truly appreciate their communication with us throughout their stay and willingness to work with us to make sure we were happy with our stay.

Great place to spend a quality vacation with family. Less crowded and family oriented clean surroundings. Walking distance to family activities and ice cream, yet a close enough drive for an evening on the boardwalk.
Our favorite part was the spectacular view from the deck looking out to the ocean, while drank our morning coffee, or watched an afternoon rain clear or sat at the picnic table for take out dinner with the family.

Beach Vacation
We loved our week at the beach! The condo is in an excellent location with awesome views from the deck. The beach was never crowded and the condo was always comfortable. We hope to stay here again!

The was a large supply of silverware, dishes, cups and glasses as well as pots and pans. The picnic table on the deck made for enjoyable meals looking out at the ocean. The area was very quiet and safe for our grandchildren. The short walk to the beach allowed us to thoroughly enjoy the day. As our 7 year old granddaughter said about the lack of a swimming pool - "You don't need it since you have the whole ocean." We will definitelly consider staying there again.

Smooth sailing from start to finish. Unit was exactly as advertised and then some. Everyone in our family from 69 to 3 years old had a wonderful time. I just wish it had been on the first floor. But all in all we couldn't have wished for a better stay. Thanks and we will be back!

Excellent location
We love having proximity to Northside Park. The unit was well maintained and the view was wonderful. It’s so nice to have a less crowded portion of the beach. The kids loved the bunk beds! Excellent communication with owners. Hoping to get this same spot again next year.

Another Excellent Beach Trip
This is our second time at this property and already booked last year. The view alone is worth going for. The minimal contact I have had with the owners was pleasant. The other 5 units in the building, mix of rentals or owners, are always cordial and respectful.

Fantastic Location
Great location and the views can’t be beat. With a 9 year old who loves the ocean, it was perfect to walk right out the few steps to the oceanfront. Any questions we had, Nancy was super quick to respond. Thank you for a great place for us to get away.

Fantastic view!
You cannot beat the location and view! I loved drinking my morning coffee on the beautiful deck/balcony while watching a literal parade of dolphins! However, I wish we would have known that linens were not provided,it could have been a little cleaner, and the couches were a little dated and uncomfortable, but with the beach steps away, we did not spend much time indoors😊 Thank you Bill and Nancy for the use of your condo😊

Checking in at 3:30 we found the cleaning service just starting to clean which delayed our check-in. When I entered the carpet was dirty. It didnt smell fresh like a house cleaner was there. Hair was in each bathroom in the tub.The light fixures had cob webs. The repair man stated the dryer was not properly wired. All the dishes were dirty. The toilet has a crack in it by the living room. There was a bunch of young people outside sitting on table yelling and smoking pot. Keeping us all up. The air conditioner wasn't keeping the twin bed room cool or the bedroom by the living room cool. The icemaker had sand in the ice. The owners said we trashed the residents and we didn't. They tried to charge us 250.00 more for the maid only pay her 95.00 to do what .she apparently didn't do anything before we got there.. Each room had things in the closet that didn't belong to us .She the owner was nastey on the phone .I have stayed places for 26 yrs never had a problem till this lady. . I was very polite to her . She insulted me acting as though I am less then her. We checked every room a few times ,vacuumed the floor wiped the counters and took out our garbage and washed the dishes . I was very upset at what she had said we are good people homeowners ourselves and landlords. We never treated people the way she did us..

Great quiet location
This is a great location for a family. Directly on the beach, quiet, rooms are comfortable. Great place to play in the sand right out back. Owners were very easy to get ahold of and quick to respond. I would recommend this property to anyone!

Lovely beachfront condo, exactly as advertised
Being right on the beach is of course the best part of this rental! Spending all day on the beach and every morning and evening on the balcony overlooking the ocean made for an absolutely perfect week. Nancy was easy to get in touch with and the condo was exactly as advertised.

This condo is in an excellent location. The deck is really nice. The condo definitely needs to be cleaned better. This condo is in an excellent location. The deck is really nice. The condo definitely needs to be cleaned better. Wonderful week
We were so pleased with this property. Everything was just as advertised, clean, well equipped, beautiful view, comfortable beds and other furnishings. Will return to this property in the future. The deck was awesome and I could sit there with my coffee watching my two grandbabies play on the beach. Perfect week.

Best Location!
My family and I stayed here for a week and location is amazing! You can be on the beach in under 60 seconds and it is a beautiful beach. We chose this location because it seemed safe during COVID times and it was since there was external/outdoor access to the unit and the beach was not overly crowded.

Great unit, beautiful views.
Our family of 6 stayed here and had plenty of room. We would definitely stay here again. The owners are excellent to deal with and the condo was in a great location. Neighbors were all very nice and there was very little noise. Beach was not crowded either.
