About this house rental
Nestled in Las Vegas, this lovely house for $1,000 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. ALWAYS MAKE SURE YOU ARE BOOKING WITH A CITY LICENSED SHORT TERM RENTAL. We are one of less than 200 licensed short term rentals in the City of Las Vegas. (Las Vegas City Short Term Residential Rental License#G63-07561.) See below for more details about the 5000+ unlawful vacation rentals in the Las Vegas valley. Just because it is listed on VRBO/Airbnb does not mean it is licensed and legal. Maximum occupancy: 20 people (16 adults maximum) Almost the entire house flooring has recently (May 2020) been changed to hard surfaces to allow floor steaming after each guest. Disinfectant spray is used on all hard surfaces and fixtures. New (Sep 2020) memory foam mattresses with protectors have been installed in all bedrooms. Only 2.5 miles from the world famous Las Vegas strip! 5000+ square feet of Vegas luxury. Private location at end of a cul-de-sac with a driveway capable of parking 8+ cars and/or an RV on an half acre lot. Large pool & spa, putting green and playground. Enjoy the outdoor patio and sitting areas while grilling on the gourmet BBQ grill. Pool table room, poker room, sitting room, gym and theater area. Stocked gourmet kitchen with cutlery, cookware, utensils, Keurig, blender and much more. Dining area seats 16. Enjoy the fresh linens on new plush beds. 70" TV in the theater area. Flat panel TVs in every bedroom with Apple TV, Roku or Direct TV. High speed wireless internet and cable TV. Washer/Dryer. Each guest will receive a bath towel, hand towel, face towel and pool towel. Some complimentary soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, dish soap, K-Cups and paper towels will be provided. Maximum occupancy is 20 people (16 adults maximum). Basketball hoop on driveway has been removed until further notice. Local parks with basketball hoops, tennis courts and other amenities are located just a few minutes away. CANCELLATION POLICY UPDATE: We will continue to issue 100% full refund of your reservation as long as any cancellation is made more than 60 days from check-in. Unfortunately the website requires us to choose the "No Refund" option in order for us to maintain dialogue with our guests during any cancellation request. Since this 100% refund cancellation with 60 days from check-in is documented in our literature, the website customer service representatives can guarantee this is maintained for customer service satisfaction. BE INFORMED: Please be sure you book only with legally licensed vacation rentals. In the Las Vegas valley, there are less than 200 legally licensed vacation rentals, the other 5000+ are unlawful and could get shut down at any time. Both the city and county are actively shutting down unlawful rentals, especially over the last year. Many operators try to circumvent the laws by issuing rental agreements for 30 days regardless of the guest's length of stay, but this tactic is no longer working and many are still being closed down, and future guests are left scrambling. Our license number is listed on the website and any legally run vacation rental should list their Short Term Rental License on their listing. A business license is not a Short Term Rental License.

Great place for our family’s Christmas holiday gathering. Nathan was unfailingly kind (he even had a Christmas tree up for us in the living room) and was very quick to respond when issues occurred, even on Christmas Day and very late at night. The spaciousness of the house was perfect for our big family, rooms were larger than they looked in the pics. The theater room was terrific. A few suggestions for the owner: update the spa equipment to improve the ease and reliability of heating (it was a bit finicky), replace the futon in the sitting room (the frame is broken-has a sharp piece of metal where a repair was previously attempted and the center support leg has no foot, so it’s digging into the flooring and leaving indentations in the wood), remove the rebar that sticks up near the base of the playset’s ladder and consider refinishing it to smooth down the splintery wooden parts. Still, this home overall, was a great house for our family, from our infants to our mobility-challenged elders.

Our family tradition to gather for the Holidays was far more memorable with our decision to meet in Vegas. What made this family reunion over the top was our find on VRBO of this property! Communication with the Nathan was smooth and we all felt very comfortable with the check in. From our 9 month old granddaughter to our oldest grandson at 19, we all had lots of room. Appreciated how close we were to everything we wanted. With 14 of us we had room to spare! We appreciated the well kept yard, pool and jacuzzi. We did spend a lot of time in the kitchen was made our family cooking time a comfortable experience.
We all decided that the next time we hit Vegas, we will be returning!

We stayed here during a work convention. We didn't get any use out of the pool, hot tub or putting surface, due to lack of time available to us at the end of each day. The house was clean, and the amenities were great. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time! The pool was awesome. There was lots of room for everyone. Our grandchildren loved the pool table, the mini golf and of course the pool! Very clean and quiet neighborhood.

Communication with host and check in process were great. The house is very large with many bedrooms and comfortable beds. It is typical of a 1970's ranch style house with a huge full basement. It was nice and clean with a clean and heated pool. The kitchen was adequately outfitted. A TV in the great room upstairs would be a huge plus if it had one. The pool cues needed some love and were too long for the small room. It is obviously an older home, but well maintained and worked well for our group of 8 friends that needed a gathering place. Neighborhood was quiet and plenty of shopping a block down the street. A great place to sleep if you have things to do and places to go in Las Vegas. Carpe Diem.

We came to Vegas to get married and wanted an actual house to stay in since we had kids. This house was perfect! It had so many rooms for our friends and family which were all spacious. Plenty of bathrooms. The pool and playground just made the property so much better. Overall it was the perfect place for our getaway.

This property was amazing and completely met our needs. It’s well maintained in a quiet neighborhood close to conveniences like restaurants and grocery stores. The pool was wonderful to have during one of the hottest weekends and the entertainment room was perfect for viewing the online conference we had planned. Bedrooms were good size and well appointed. Communication with the owners was great and timely. Would definitely stay there again.

The place is super convenient and close to the strip. The indoor, outdoor and parking spaces accommodate 16 adults comfortably! There are huge spaces to practice our dance routines indoor or outdoors. Nathan was quick to response. We will come back again to this place. Highly recommend it.

My friends and I stayed here for our Vegas vacation. There were 11 of us in total and the property was a perfect fit for us. The check-in process was smooth and we didn't encounter any issues during our stay. Would absolutely recommend this property especially if you have a larger group!

This home left us feeling underwhelmed. We have paid similar costs for VRBO & gotten so much more. Positives:

2 fridges & tons of storage.
Theater room is very comfy.
Negatives:
Small farm next door so lots of flies,
no rugs in bathroom,
pool table room too small so you can’t really play,
beds too firm,
old furniture & trash on side of house,
motel soap & shampoo,
confusing tv operation,
only staples are oil & salt/pepper,
only a couple games & puzzles.
Hard to get out of spa so don’t get in if you have mobility issues,
No shade in backyard; sun hits there all day. No cushions on pool furniture & only 4 loungers.
we had to move dryer to plug in & use.
Ironing board looks like it’s from the 70’s.

14 adults and two three year olds had a great time at this location. Hot tub, pool and playground were put to good use. Everything was as advertised with only hiccups being a smoke alarm battery needing replacement and fire ants near the playground and putting green. Management had a handyman out the next morning, whom took care of all of our needs. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome communication and responsiveness. Great space and enough bedrooms for 3 families with children. Lots to do at the house and kept the children entertained for the entire stay. Convenient location because close to the strip- about a 10 minute car ride.

The listing says there are 4 chairs and a bistro table - we found the chairs by the pool old, broken and unsafe. It also says there are 6 lounge chairs. There were only 4, and 1 of them was broken. Certainly a poor first impression, and disappointing as the group of us had no where to sit. In addition, the pillows all need replacing - they were lumpy, uncomfortable, and some very flat. The extra blankets in the closet were terrible - old, scratchy, and rough.
Given the hosts quick response to some minor issues i.e. replaced smoke detector right away when it started beeping and addressed dirty floors upon our arrival, the lack of quality control is missing when it comes to replacing household items and furniture that are screaming "Replace me!"
FYI- there is no safe (for passports), and while there is an alarm system for the house, it is not for guest use. There are windows throughout the main floor and all the entrance doors have clear glass panes above the dead bolt - it would be very easy to break the glass and turn the dead bolt to access the house. Certainly a bit unsettling especially if you are a tourist.

The entire process was great! From initial reservation to communications during our stay. We request earlier Checkin, not a problem. Ran into a some small snag (our fault) with the jacuzzi heater, they fixed remotely. Great hosts!!!
The location isn’t the best in Vegas, but no need to leave the property. The house itself is a bit old and needs a bit of TLC, however for the price not all that bad. Do recommend renting and do recommend a bit or TLC for property.
