Any problems we are their for you. How are owners and managers that live out of state or for that matter out of the country going to help you.? ****Remember all owners and managers in the state of Florida under FS chapter 509 must have a vacation rental license to rent their condos unless they hold a Florida Broker license. Be careful many people have lost there money to owners who were foreclosed on or managers from out of state or the country. We are licensed in the state Florida. Condo needs a good deep cleaning. Under beds, sofa & furniture not dusted or mopped in a while. ***Showers need handicap bars in them. Exhaust fan did not work in master bathroom. Condo was nicely updated.convenient location.

Host was very responsive and accommodating. Gorgeous views. We were in town for a baseball tournament. This location was perfect. Short drive to Publix Sports Complex and fun nights on the beach after. Great experience!

Nice view
Everything went good with our stay. The condo was clean and had a nice view from the balcony. We also liked the location of the condo. Mattress was very comfortable, would give it a 5 star rating.

We were really impressed with the condo. I have stayed at quite a few vacation condos before but this was by far the best. The condo is beautiful and well taken care of. The property around it is also very nice. Pool and beach are wonderful. I am looking forward to coming back again.

Appreciated that there was hand soap, salt and pepper, dishwashing detergent, TP, paper towels and some laundry pods to start us off with. Kitchen was well stocked with lots of pots and pans, baking pans and utensils - only thing lacking were some mixing bowls for salads and such. Regardless thereās a Dollar Store down the street and youāre about a mile from 2 grocery stores. Great restaurants, the harbor and beach stores are close by as well. You can walk down the beach to St Andrews State Park. If you want the quieter side of PCB this is the place for you. Would recommend and come back againš

Great location
Enjoyed this condo for second time this year. Was not sure of cleanliness as crumbs on tables and sponge on one of the beds, and found Cheerios everywhere. Disappointed no chairs with umbrellas on beach, even though papers said they would be there thru October 31. Still a great location.

The beautiful is kitchen is fully stocked with all you need to cook a meal. But there are so many restaurants nearby, you donāt need to cook at all.
Bring your own umbrella, beach towels and beach chairs if you need them. The washer and dryer worked fine. No hair dryers in unit, so bring your own.
Best of all, the owner is very responsive and easy to work with for any special needs.
