Nestled in Lower Grand Lagoon, this charming condo for $528 per night is a great option for your next trip. BEACH CHAIR SERVICE WITH 2 LOUNGERS AND AN UMBRELLA DURING SEASON- MARCH THROUGH MID OCTOBER We invite you to experience this exceptional luxury beach get-a-way. Watercrest Condominiums are located on the famous Gulf of Mexico where the emerald colored lapping water creates a 27 mile ribbon of spectacular white sugar like sand beach. The visual effects, sea sounds, and sea aromas offer a truly calming setting. From sunrise to sunset, as far as you can see East and West, you will be astounded with the views! This condo is designed to allow you to experience this setting inside as well as outside with the wall to wall glass doors and windows. Another unique feature of this three bedroom/three bath condo are the two master suites both with equally stunning views! It is artfully decorated and beautifully furnished. There is a dining table with seating for six plus seating for three more at the kitchen bar, gorgeous bedding and accessories and large Smart TVs. The laminated plank floors are spectacular! The gourmet kitchen is yours to enjoy with stainless steel appliances and nice counter tops. All three bathrooms are nicely appointed with a walk in shower. All with cultured marble counter tops and tile surrounds. There are two master suites with king size beds and the third bedroom has two twin bunk beds and a third trundle twin and also a queen size bed. A queen size Murphy Bed is located in the living area posing as a TV console. There is maximum sleeping capacity of 11 but of course provides wonderful privacy for less occupants. Both masters have large sliding glass doors that allow an amazing view of the ocean from the 10th floor. The balcony is furnished with ample seating so everyone can enjoy the views of the Gulf as it is truly amazing from this balcony. Watercrest Condominiums completed a 4.5 million dollar renovation and the entire complex is fresh starting with the beautiful entrance portico with amazing water feature to the pool deck where all the outdoor furnishings are new. You will find it well maintained and very clean. Please come and experience this beautiful stretch of sugar white sand beaches, abundant entertainment, and friendly southern hospitality. Of course the beach is the main attraction but the pool complex with large pool, heated in cooler weather, kiddie pool and hot tub, are a cut above also with The Tiki Bar poolside at serving your favorite frozen cocktails along with snacks and light lunch entries. Everything you need for an amazing day at the beach! There are 27 miles of beach in this Northwest Florida paradise and Watercrest is one of the most beautiful well maintained condos in the area. We love this East end of the beach because the traffic is so much lighter than in other areas. Also, parking is easy at Watercrest and the elevators are fast. You will also have the opportunity to enjoy the on site amenities such as tennis and shuffleboard courts and pickle ballcourts, heated pool cooler weather, hot tub, kiddie pool and exercise room. Attraction Information: There are multiple vendors on he beach to assist you with jet ski, pontoon, kayak or boat rentals. You can also go parasailing, water tubing, diving, snorkeling or select to go on a dolphin watching expedition. If you tire of the beach you can chose to play a round of miniature golf with the family before you ride the go-carts, visit Just Jump Trampoline Park, or spend some time in an arcade or go shopping at Pier Park. Please do not forget St Andrew's State Park for a wonderful day trip. It's all right here and much more. The marina is only a couple miles away where you can charter a deep sea fishing trip, Sunset Cruise, Pirate Cruise ( family favorite) or Shell Island Cruise, Dolphin Watching Excursion, or rent a pontoon boat and do your own exploring! There are several wonderful dining options at the Marina where you can watch the sunset as the boats come into dock. Pier Park is a 10 minute drive away and is a shopping, dining, and entertainment mecca. You can also go pier fishing and catch a free concert on the lawn. Dave and Buster's is at Pier Park and a large movie cinema among many other entertainment choices such as amusement rides, mazes, and laser tag. Panama City has ZooWorld, Shipwreck Island Water Park, Gulf World Marine Park, Wonderworks, Ripley's Believe It or to mention a few. For a wonderful day trip, St. Andrews State Park is located on the Gulf and is a perfect day trip about five minutes away by car. There are several entertainment establishments that feature Go Carts, Bumper Boats, Arcades, and Miniature Golf. Any golf enthusiast will be elated to spend the day at one of several beautiful golf courses within minutes of the condo. Our family of six totally enjoyed this spacious condo. We loved the view and we were always amazed by the sunsets. We appreciated being a few steps from the beach and all the other activities we did were only a few minutes away.

We stayed here with the 6 adults and my 4 year old grandson. The condo was just as described. It was very spacious. The kitchen was well stock with all you need to cook. Over all it was a great condo. The owner was easy to contact and quick to respond. We will stay here again!

Wonderful views for watching fireworks from the balcony. First time renting from VRBO. Only down side was all the extra fees added on to the base price, not used to that with other type rentals I have done its just tax for the most part. Made what looked like a super deal not as super. Since it was July 4th week ON THE BEACH(3 generations) with three teens and four adults enjoyed being in a very relaxing spot for a few days.

My husband and i , along with our friends visited panama city last week & when i tell you we were not disappointed in our home for the week. ! It was maybe 15 steps to the beach ! My ONLY complaint is that there wasn’t a broom available to us . Other than that this property was nothing short of perfect ! we will be back next year if the hosts will have us !

. The only complaint I have is the master bedroom bed was very high. I am 5' 7" and it came up to my belly button so getting in it was difficult at times. Also we had to sleep with our heads at the foot of the bed because our heads slanted down too much on the other side.

We’ve stayed at Watercrest numerous times and enjoyed it again. This unit is nice, just wished the kitchen was opened or a little larger.
