For that person that enjoys a long hot shower or bath after a day at the beach, the master bath has been renovated with beautiful solid maple cabinets, quartz counter-tops, a new Kohler bubble massage tub with heater and a huge double shower with 2 shower-heads. Not to mention that all the guest baths and showers have been updated, too. The large kitchen and laundry room have not been left out! They have been updated with maple cabinets, quartz counter-tops and new stainless appliances. Jen & Donna made sure everything was ready for our arrival. The Princess Condo was more than we anticipated. We had plenty of room for everyone. We loved the large balcony. We had 2 complimentary parking spaces, complimentary beach chairs, the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and it had all the dishes we needed for a large group. We already know where we will be staying next year on our trip, The Princess, if it is available.

Great property. Spacious, immaculate, wonderful views. Everything you could think off to make your stay enjoyable was provided. Kitchen was stocked with everything you could imagine. Property was well maintained. Easy access and luggage carts and shopping carts to help bring up groceries. Best condo I’ve stayed in yet and I’ve been going to PCB for 10 years.

Our week on the beach was phenomenal!! I’d give this condo 10 stars if I could!! SUPER CLEAN, well stocked kitchen, heavenly beds with super soft linen, able to house 8 people with room to spare ….this place has it all!! The entire process was flawless!! Thank you Jen and Donna!! We definitely will be back!!

Spectacular beachfront views. I've stayed in 1403 and 903 at Princess and I love the layout of them. The bedrooms are in the four corners, each with its own en suite bathroom. They're furnished with all queen and king beds, which is nice for adults. Nobody has to sleep in a bunk bed Looks recently remodeled. The warm color palette is terrific. The property managers are great. Can't recommend enough.

This is by far the best place we’ve ever stayed in PCB. It was super clean inside and out. The swimming pool areas were amazing. The pool table in the game room was a great addition for he and my son to spend some extra time together. Overall a beautiful property!

All 4 couples loved the condo and felt it offered excellent common space and bedroom suites for privacy. The kitchen was large enough for several people to help with cooking and we had everything we needed. The balcony is excellent and large. A great place for lunch and evening cocktails. The heated pools and hot tub were a great addition. Cannot wait to return!

The owner/managers were wonderful. Location was in a nice private area, quiet beach. Very secure! The layout of condo was perfect. 4 bedrooms and everyone had their own bathroom. Large kitchen/dining area and the balcony was huge! Gorgeous view! We will definitely be back!
