Für den Preis war es ganz okay

Schlüsselübergabe über einen Schlüsselkasten via Code, Wlan war schnell, Ausstattung war okay, Kommunikation über whats app sehr schnell, um die Ecke war gleich das Meer mit einer schönen Strandpromenade

man konnte erst 16 Uhr einchecken, nach Anfrage für einen früheren Check in wurde abgelehnt, Es gab nur einen Kaffee Kapselautomaten für diesen man extra Kaffee Kapseln kaufen musste. Wir hatten Kaffeepulver mit und es gab nur einen 1 Tassen Espresso Kocher für den Herd. Eine Frenchpress o.ä. wäre schön gewesen.

Baustelle statt Erholung. Stressmacher statt Gastgeber. Belastung statt Erholung.

Bei der Ankunft mussten wir feststellen, dass Küche, Geschirr und Besteck dreckig, komplett verölt war.. Noch viel schlimmer war die Baustelle, über die wir vorher nicht informiert wurden. Wir hätten diese Unterkunft sonst niemals! ausgesucht. Es wurde von morgens bis abends gearbeitet, mit Kran und allem drum und dran. Das Haus ist extrem hellhörig. Der Gastgeber war extrem unprofessionell und war zu keinem !!! Kompromiss bereit. Er meinte wir können ja die Polizei rufen - echt ein Witz. Wir mussten also nach ein paar Tagen ergebnisloser Diskussionen die Unterkunft wechseln, um noch etwas Ruhe zu bekommen und müssen uns unser Geld, ggfalls über einen Anwalt zurückholen. Wir empfehlen, die anderen Bewertungen diesbezüglich zu lesen - das hätten wir wohl vorher auch machen müssen. Verschwendete Urlaubstage in dieser Unterkunft! Summary: Dirty kitchen, huge and very noisy building site, unprofessional, uncompromising host. We had to move and get our money back. Lots of stress, wasted vacation days :( Resumen: Cocina sucia, obra enorme y muy ruidosa, anfitrión poco profesional e inflexible. Tuvimos que mudarnos y recuperar nuestro dinero. Mucho estrés, días de vacaciones perdidos :(

Just needs some minor improvements for best comfort

Ample number of appliances, cutlery, etc to make the stay as comfortable as possible. Almost everything was easily accessible by any customer.

There should have been some basic kitchen ingredients like oil and salt to help with the usage of the kitchen facilities. The smart TV was not always easily accesible with just the remote control.

Great value for the price

Quite a nice place to stay in - very good value for the price. We rented a car so the location was mostly our starting point. One room is kinda small for two people but it was enough for 3 nights. Great kitchen, nice living room + balcony. Owner replied to our question asap, nice service. Overall a good experience.

Very slight signs of mildew in bathroom. Nothing horrible though.

Good and comfortable stay

Very welcoming host, came extra to bring a bed fot our child at 8 pm in the evening. Nice area in town to stay, with plenty of beaches (White sand!) less then a 10 min walk away, the nearest about 3 min. Nice and quiet neighbourhood (in October). Near the harbour, with its nice atmophere and restaurants. Lots of places for children to play safely near the (nearby) beach of cala galiota.

Lovely stay in an amazing location!

Amazing location. Clean and spacious apartment. Great sized balcony. Plenty of parking out the back which was perfect.

We managed to guess the code to all of the other lock boxes as they follow a pattern so that wasn't very secure. Missing a full length mirror.

A tad disappointed

The staff and location was fantastic. There was plenty of parking and the owner was responsive and kind. The AC worked well and the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet

Unfortunately the shower didn’t drain well and the kitchen tap water was scalding hot to hot.

So and so, not bad but not the best!

The apartment was easy to access with instructions from the host. Location close to the seaside. Also very proximate to famous beaches. We also appreciated the private parking. From the apartment, we appreciated the bathroom, modern and quite spacious.

The apartment needs to be renovated, it feels much was not done since it was renovated first. Pictures are real, however the things got deteriorated in time i.e. furniture was destroyed partly in some places, curtains were dirty. Cleanliness was not at its best, it could have been better for sure. All the eating dishes would recommend to be changed, a bit old and not all were really clean. Oven was definetely not cleaned. Also, terrace a bit small. Generally for the money spent, we hoped for a cleaner, more spacious place. Kitchen furniture a bit small. Advice: do a general cleaning and change some of older items, these really could make a difference. Host tried to be nice, asking what we need, so we hope these recommendations will be considered.

We want to come back already!

We loved our stay here!! So close to many beautiful beaches and plenty nice restaurants nearby. The apartment really has everything you need (such as a private parking spot, a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, plenty of soft towels, a washing machine, big tv, airconditioning...)! Would definitely stay here again.

Would stay again

Parking was always available right out front. Within walking distance of the beach, water, restaurants, and mini shops. I love the lock box for easy check in and out. The owner and staff are very responsive and kind. When I reported a problem with the shower and bathroom sink draining, they came the next day to fix it. I also asked for a fan for the master bedroom since the Air conditioning doesn’t quite blow into the master bedroom and they were kind enough to supply one. They left juice, water, and two coffee pods as a welcome and the owner delivered a 10% off voucher for his friend’s restaurant at the end of our stay. (Although that would have been better at the beginning since we were leaving at the end of our stay). The beds were comfortable. The laundry room had windows and a line to hang your wet clothes. The air conditioning is very powerful. There is a great pizza place called Pizzaria 44 that makes a gluten free pizza and delivers to the apartment building. Beds were all comfortable. The master bed was huge and very comfortable! Very spacious apartment! You can see the ocean from the laundry room open window!

Small things: The air conditioning does not quite reach into the master bedroom BUT I asked for a fan and got one delivered. There were no clips to clip your clothes to the drying line (luckily I packed some for our trip). A drying rack or a second line would have been useful. I used the patio table on the balcony and also packed a drying line. I think it would be great if they added a soap dish to the shower. No one wants to put their bar of soap on the floor of the shower. The dishwasher smelled awful but I just washed dishes by hand. A door mat would be nice to wipe off sand off the shoes before entering the apartment.

Great value for money

The apartment is a few meters from the coastline, perfect for evening walks, approx. 5-7 min. from the beach. There are several shops in the vicinity, a private parking place is also available. The apartment is spacious and well-equipped.

After reading some reviews I was a little afraid of ants, but throughout the stay none appeared, so no worry, just keep the fruit in the fridge :)

Recommend for ones who want to have own kitchen, whole apartment for themselves. Everything's OK!

+ great location, very nice place for evening walks by the sea + easiness with check-in and check-out + flat owner available on WhatsApp without any problems + all needed facilities provided in the flat (hair dryer, towels, dishwasher, even a washing machine) + spacious, comfortable apartment + no problems with finding a parking spot just in front of the building

- a bit noisy because of some hydraulic installations in the whole building
