About this house rental
Situated in Ocean City, this charming house for $210 per night is a great choice for your next trip. This is a second floor unit recently available for rental, since dad can no longer use the steps. It has 3 comfortable bedrooms and open space from the living area through the dining room into a newly renovated and open kitchen. It has a classic Jersey shore feel with updated furniture and central air conditioning! All bedrooms have ceiling fans along with fans in the living room and dining room. New washer and dryer are available. There is a back porch and Weber grill provided for cooking. The highlighted feature is the outside front porch for people watching, reading a book, taking a nap or relaxing in the ocean air with a few cocktails. The property also has a shared outside shower and changing room for rinsing off after returning from the beach. This property is 1 block from the beach and the start of the boardwalk. Our north end of the boardwalk hosts the 1st street lifeguard station with bathrooms and first aid. Close by on the boards is Brown's restaurant, famous for their fresh morning donuts, and Anthony's Water Ice for those hot beach days. At the opposite end of our block from the beach, there is a deli, restaurant, pizza shop, and ice cream parlor within 1-3 short blocks. Additionally, we offer 6 beach tags, beach chairs and umbrella. There may be some old rusty beach cruisers ready to be taken for a ride. This rental has it all! Central air, great front porch, linens, basic necessities provided and location, location, location!!!! And accepts pets.

The house was very clean and the kitchen is filled with equipment for home cooking and baking.
A quick walk to the wide beach and at the start of the Ocean City two and a half mile long boardwalk. Cruiser bicycles were available and added to our enjoyment of Ocean City.
We were in the second floor apartment. There is a long set of stairs - for us it added to the visit as we were looking for an active get away. But they might prove a challenge for some.

This is a classic OCNJ beach house. It's original but has been updated and has all the comforts of a more modern home. Very cozy.

Our stay at Tristin’s home was just what we needed finish our summer vacation. We loved hanging out on the porch in the morning and evenings. Clean and cozy with easy access to the beach, Brown’s and all of our favorite spots in the Gardens. She was very communicative and easy to reach at any time. We’ll definitely be back.

Comfortable, clean, pet-friendly place on a quiet street at the north end, but still convenient to everything by foot or bike. Great value - had everything we needed to feel at home for a week. It's not luxurious like some of the newer places, but that's not what we were looking for.

This house is right near the beach/boardwalk which is always where you want to be in OCNJ. Our family enjoyed our time at the house as well as our dogs. The house is a little smaller than expected and is on street parking only which can be tricky at times. Besides those two critiques, this is a great pet-friendly house and we would definitely rent it again.

Great vacation!
We loved the location, close to beach and boardwalk, we loved the porch, place was clean, all basics of food and staples were provided. Tristin provided extras, including bikes, umbrellas, grill, beach chairs, sand toys. He was a great communicator, with a friend on-site for any minor issues. It is an old property, but functional for our needs. We have many memories from this great vacation!

Lovely weekend at this lovely rental! Tristin was easily reachable, and very accommodating. Close walk to the beach, and such a bonus to be able to bring our dog with us. Our stay was perfect and the rental was perfect for our family. Don’t miss out!

Very nice place to stay
We were very happy with the property, the location and the price. The only thing we were not as pleased about is the requirements to make the beds upon arrival and wash the towels before departure. I dont believe these were mentioned on the VRBO listing. I understand why they are required, but for a busy family, it is one extra thing to worry about. The landlords were very kind and we very much enjoyed our stay.

Location is great for easy beach and end of boardwalk access (we prefer being a bit away from the craziness of center boardwalk) and worked well for our dog also (not too far to the dog beach on the long port side of the bridge). We would 100% visit again.

The apartment was as billed. Clean. Loved having the beach badges. The cruiser bikes were a big hit. Only draw back: parking. But we found spaces to park. Would highly recommend. Tristen was a great host.

Great location, Great owner
This is the best area for a week long stay at the beach. Very easy to walk to the beach with 3 kids, and also the boardwalk. We loved being able to grab breakfast and lunch at Browns on the beach and ride our bikes on the boardwalk. The unit was clean, organized and had everything we could possibly need plus more. The owner Tristan was awesome, super easy to communicate with and onsite at the time we were there...staying upstairs.

Family time to the max!
Tristin’s place is like being at home. Except it’s at the beach! What a delightful place to stay. Everything was as promised. The rooms are great, the beds were comfy, The kitchen was awesome. We even grilled outside on the Weber gas grill. The front porch was perfect for sitting and enjoying the night breeze, or that morning cup of coffee.
A short walk down the street it’s you on the beach. By the time you read this they will have tripled the length of the beaches in this area. They are doing an awesome job.

Nicely updated unit that still feels like old Ocean City. Tristin was excellent to deal with, place more than met our expectations. One note—third bedroom has bunk beds, not 2 twins as stated in listings. The bunk beds would be fine for kids but too small for adults. But otherwise everything great—location, from porch, nice kitchen. Also nice that owner provides linens, not the norm for rentals in Ocean City.

This property was exactly as advertised; it was clean, neat and the location was perfect! It definitely brought me back the nostalgic feeling of the Jersey Shore as a child and that passed right through to my children. We all had a wonderful time during our stay. Tristin was both responsive and very easy to communicate with for the duration of our stay; check-in and check-out were seamless. We would definitely rent this property again and recommend to anyone looking for a great escape!
