Located in Long Beach, this lovely condo for $177 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Welcome to Ocean Villa 901! We purchased this spacious Panama City Beach vacation rental condo a few years ago so that we could have a home at the beach that we could share with our family and others. We selected Unit 901 because it is very spacious with incredible views of the beach. Our condo is a two bedroom two bath beach residence that sleeps up to 6 comfortably because all the rooms and the living area are quite large. One thing you’ll notice right away is that the balcony views of the world’s most beautiful beaches are spectacular. In the morning, we like to bring our binoculars along when we come so that we can enjoy our morning coffee while we watch the dolphins playing in the gulf. Since we spend time here ourselves, we’ve made this that this condo is decorated for maximum comfort. We wanted to create the feel of a home at the beach. For us and our guests. We hope you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy some of the unique features of this wonderful beach environment: Here are some more interesting features of our beach residence: -Carefree check-in so you can go right to this residence once you’re in town -Over 1400 Square Feet of Living Space on the 9th floor -Large 200+ Square Feet of Balcony -The Living room comfortably seats 4 with Queen Sleeper Sofa -Living Room includes a Flatscreen TV -Dining Area seats 6 around a beautiful dining table -Fully equipped Kitchen includes microwave, toaster oven, blender, coffeemaker -Master Bedroom has KING bed and a Flatscreen TV and a gulf view with balcony access -Master Bath has a combination tub/shower -2nd bedroom has a QUEEN bed and a flat screen TV -The 2nd bath has a combination tub/shower -There is wireless internet access throughout the residence -There is a stacked washer/dryer conveniently located in the unit We picked Ocean Villa 901 because it offers us quieter location that is still close to all the attractions Panama City Beach has to offer. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. During Spring Break , the minimum acceptable ratio is one (1) person 25 years of age for every two (2) persons under 25 years of age.

Stayed here for 2 weeks and it was wonderful! Great location, excellent property! Very clean, great space and location. Great pool, saunaand spa... put our feet in the sand walked the beach every day!! Thank you and we will be back!

The property was just as picture.. beautiful view of the beach.. we had a hard time getting the key out of the master box but everything else was perfect!

This was a great place to stay. The beds were comfy, it was very clean and it had a amazing few! Will definitely be staying here again!!

We enjoyed our stay here. It’s time the property have some updates- just minor things like paint etc, walls were fairly dirty, the plate where the door locks constantly fell off, master tub in fair condition. We’ve stayed at many properties before and this one was minimal in things like towels, no seasonings not even salt and pepper. They want you to wash the towels at the end of the stay but no detergent- we used our own. Master bed is needing an upgrade. The place was clean and loved the view. It is by a public beach which we didn’t enjoy, and there were unruly guests nobody took care of- my kids missed a few days swimming at the pool due to alcohol, smoking etc We also lost power one day and I had no response back when I text.

This unit was absolutely amazing for me and my family. The unit was very clean and everything was up to date. Huge and spacious balcony space. The air definitely worked very well. The unit is close to local shops and Walmart so no driving out of your way. Easy access to the pool and the beach. Me and my family enjoyed every bit of this unit and will definitely book Alain next year.

Enjoyable stay! Condo was nice and well equipped. Beds were very comfortable. We’ll stocked with items that were needed. Only issue was the parking. Had an handicap individual with us and had problems finding parking. Overall condo itself was very nice. Definitely would stay in this unit again.

The unit was nice EXCEPT that the keybox took over 30 minutes to open as directions were wrong and took more than 12 hours for a call back. Luckily, we were able to finally gain access. Furniture had a stain. Cheery drink spilled and left on balcony. The views were great. BEWARE OF THE KEYBOX!

The property was great. Great spot. My BFF and I came for our birthdays. Had a wonderful time eating at all of the beach front restaurants. This is my 4th visit to PCB. It never disappoints. Will probably will stay later in the year. The weather did not cooperate, a bit chilly.

Easy to connect with on this property. The views are priceless. The property is very simple, clean and equipped well to stay long term. Parking for you and guests is priceless. Poolside is very nice and well maintained. The beach access is AMAZING. YOUR MISSING OUT IF YOU DONT BOOK THIS. We will be back.

The condo was at a great location. We enjoyed everything about it except for the fact we still had to deal with carrying around a key. All the other condos had a coded door for guest to gain access to the room and this one still had an actual key.

The only thing I would recommend is for this condo is providing the beach chairs and umbrella. Other condos in the same complex offer it with the rental. Everything was great. We enjoyed our stay.

Great place, far enough from the pier that it’s quiet but still a short walk to pineapple Willy’s and Walmart to get what you need. Our carefree checkin was a little misleading, you can’t check in as soon as you get to town check in time still applies, but no matter after heading to Walmart to get some food, TP, and trash bags we got our check in text and got right in really easy. Loved this condo and will be going back.

On arrival things generally looked ok, at closer inspection the condo was not as nice as photos .The furnishings were all pretty worn and tired looking the couch is stained and looks worn out , the table on the balcony had a tile missing making the table useless for the 4 of us to sit at at the same time. No place to hang cloths in the second bedroom so my son and daughter-in-law had to live out of their cases . The kitchen is poorly supplied , no can opener at all which we only noticed during a tropical storm when we decided to eat in , only two cereal bowls in a condo that sleeps 6 . The beds were very comfortable and clean which was a plus . The screen door in the living room was useless couldn’t budge it, This condo overall could be awesome if the issues we found were addressed , we have stayed in nicer for less money . Would we book it again? My answer is yes if the owner addresses and fixes problems .

It was our first time in PCB and first time staying oceanfront.. We had a great time! There were a few things messed up at our condo but the property manager had a guy come out and he fixed everything. We would definitely stay there again!
