Nestled in Steamboat Springs, this lovely house for $604 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Come enjoy our November and December reduced rates! Vacation in Steamboat Springs in a luxurious mountainside home at The Villa @ Steamboat Springs. We can't wait to have you visit! Our spacious, updated townhome is located just 2 miles from downtown Steamboat Springs and includes exclusive use of a new 4WD Chevy Suburban during your stay. Southwest Airlines now offers flights into Hayden Airport in Steamboat Springs, making it easier than ever to visit our mountain retreat. Be sure to check our calendar for rates and availability, and don't miss this opportunity to enjoy a summer adventure in style. Our 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom Villa sleeps up to 10 people and provides a well-appointed, luxurious home base for your friends and family. Relax in the hot tub and sauna or play a game of tennis or pickleball on our private court. Inside, you'll find a chef's kitchen and living room with a flat-screen TV, complimentary cable, Wi-Fi, and DVD. Please note that our property has a washer and dryer for your convenience. House rules and policies include no pets, no smoking, and a 10-person maximum (including children and infants). Check-in is 4:00 pm or later, and check-out is 10:00 am or before. All rents paid are non-refundable whether or not the Villa is occupied. We require a 7-night minimum and a Saturday check-in/out for holiday and high season weeks. To obtain use of the Suburban, please submit a copy of a valid driver's license and current proof of insurance 30 days before the start of your rental. In addition to the Suburban, only 3 additional vehicles may be parked at the Villa for a total of 4 vehicles. The property exceed all our expectations. The place was beautiful, clean and accommodated all 10 of us exceptionally well.
We used all the amenities including the fireplace, hot tub, sauna and the Suburban.
The townhome is close to the base, but having access to the Suburban was awesome. We would stay here again for sure

This was our 2nd time staying at this property and we had a lovely time. The home is very convenient to the slopes and it is a great place to stay with family or friends. The rooms are comfortable and bathrooms clean. We enjoyed using the fireplace and had a wonderful stay over the holiday week. We hope to return in the future.

Our stay at Villa East was absolutely wonderful. The home was very clean and updated. The views were spectacular. We hope to stay there again next time we visit Steamboat.

We had a fantastic stay over the 4th of July week! This house is perfect for a big family with 5 bedrooms, 4 of which have king-size beds, and a 5th bedroom with two full-size beds. It allowed everyone to have their own space and then the main floor had lots of room for us to gather as a family.
The tennis/pickleball court was great for the kids to play on and the house has incredible views of the mountain and the valley.
The house is fully stocked, making it an easy transition from home.
And having access to a 4x4 suburban is the chef's kiss.
We will likely be coming back, and I recommend this house to anyone looking for a place to stay in Steamboat!

Wonderful and well-stocked home for those who like to cook. Was the perfect place for our group of 10, which included 4 couples and 2 children. 4 king beds with en suite bathrooms made everyone feel like they were in the primary bedroom. Beautiful views of the mountain and a 5 minute drive to gondola square.

The included Suburban was also a really great amenity - as we only needed one rental car for the group.
Everything is in great shape, rooms, hot tub, sauna, kitchen.
Well equipped as well.
I would try to book it again if we come back with the group.
The communication with owner and property manager was great as well!

This is a really great stay. The place was clean, well stocked in the kitchen, nice towels and comfortable beds. The hot tub is clean and nice with outstanding views of the mountain. The Suburban vehicle is a really nice bonus and is in great shape. You really feel comfortable and at home. We had 6 adults in our group and it was very spacious and comfortable. Communication with Tom was easy and responsive. There isn't one thing to say on how this could be better because it was perfect.

The house was very welcoming. And to say that the view was phenomenal, is such an understatement!!!! I got to fulfil a Bucket List item….. hot tub in the snow!!!! Added bonus was the sauna!!! Thanks so very much for opening your beautiful home to us!!! Hope I’ll get the chance to enjoy it again in the future!!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. The house was perfect for all 9 of us. The location was very close to the slopes and the fabulous views from the house was icing on the cake.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location is perfect, super close & convenient to grocery stores and the base of the mountain, with gorgeous views of Mt. Werner.
We were in town for a friend's wedding, so multiple couples stayed at the home. The various levels in the house kept everyone's sleep areas pretty private, with a generous living space on the main level. Would hands-down recommend and will definitely book again if we have a large group traveling to Steamboat!

We really had a wonderful time in this rental. Plenty of beds and baths, well stocked with paper products, cleaners, spices, shampoo etc. Tremendous view of the slopes and the Fireworks (Bonus) on the weekend we got there! Lots of firewood for the wood burning fireplace. Having the use of the Suburban was a huge plus as this home is not on a shuttle run and actually a money saver for us because we did not have to rent a vehicle. The private hot tub and sauna were enjoyed by the adults in the group and help eased our ski aches.

Beautiful home with spectacular views of the ski hill and valley. Our family enjoyed the wood burning fireplace, hot tub and bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Having use of the vehicle made it easy to visit the Steamboat area with the whole group.

Our week long stay at this Villa was absolutely everything that our family expected and more.. All the bedrooms were very spacious and the private bath were definitely an extra bonus. The home was clean, comfortable and the extra necessity supplies that the owners provided were very thoughtful. Our family enjoyed the sauna/hot tub especially the beautiful scenery from the balconies watching the skiers come down the white slopes, the evening view was magnificent. The suburban was such a lifesaver, as trying to get an Uber or lift is nearly impossible.. though we enjoyed everything Steamboat had to offer. We will definitely return to Steamboat, and hopefully return to this Villa. Thank you to the owners, for allowing us to stay in your lovely home.

We just finished up a one week stay at this beautiful home! The house is amazing! Four of the bedrooms have a private bath, king size bed and balcony. There were more than enough linens and all bathrooms were very nicely renovated. Toiletries were even provided. There was also plenty of firewood in the garage for the wood burning fireplace. We really enjoyed that feature since it was so cold while we were there. The use of the Suburban was a huge advantage. The house is not on the bus line, Uber was very scarce and the home is tucked up on the mountain in a quiet neighborhood so a car is an absolute must. That alone saved us quite a bit of money from having to rent a car. The plows did a great job of keeping the street and driveway clear of the snow. Now….the views! I can’t even describe the views of the ski area! We could actually see the skiers on the slopes! On NYE we could clearly see the torchlight parade and fireworks from the hot tub. We even saw elk in the distance on the mountain. Tom was fabulous to work with and check-in was a breeze. Thank you for offering up your fabulous house for our family Christmas vacation!

We had a wonderful stay at Tom and Mary's home. It was perfect for our needs and in fact, our sons agreed that it was the best rental we've stayed in. Great location, views were beautiful, and the Suburban was a big perk. They had many thoughtful touches and the house was well stocked with toiletries, cleaning supplies, and towels. I had a nice talk with Tom prior to our arrival and he gave us some great local tips. We would love to return for our next Steamboat trip.

This property is beautiful and spacious. We were 8 people total, 6 adults and 2 teens. Everyone had their own rooms, teens shared a room. Kitchen full of dishes, utensils, pots and pans. Very clean property. Also included some winter toys for the kids to play with outside. To have a car available was amazing. Will definitely be back.

This Villa was the perfect fit for our two families. The property was clean, beautifully appointed and the owner was very gracious. We had everything we needed and more. The views of the mountain were breathtaking and the cold and snowy ski week in Steamboat was fantastic fun! We all cannot wait to return!

Beautiful home, it is very clear the owners have taken the time to make sure everything guests might need is there and have taken excellent care of the property. The Suburban made the trek to the slopes a breeze. Mountain sunset views from the hot tub. 4 King en-suite bedrooms (plus another bedroom with 2 doubles) were very comfortable with quality linens. Well stocked kitchen with some pantry staples left. Plenty of wood for nightly fires. Very clean and updated home. Tom (the owner) was quick to reply to any questions. Definitely recommend!

The home is beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed having access to the car, our own hot tub and sauna. The sleeping arrangements, dining and living room were perfect for us. Plenty of wood for the fireplace. Getting to the mountain was easy. We ate most our meals at the house. The kitchen is well stocked ( not only cookware, dishes etc but also spices). Although it did not effect our stay, the house could have been cleaner and better maintained. I had to clean the drawers in 2 of the bathrooms. They were filthy. The bed comforter was full of blond hair. One of the toilets had not been flushed. There were at least 3 burnt out light bulbs. The handle to the oven door was broken.Regardless I would recommend this property.

The location is close to a grocery store and about 15 minutes from town. Beautiful views and the house was better than expected. There were plenty of supplies in the house to cook when desired. We enjoyed all the snow and the hill next to the house where we sledded. The use of the suburban came in handy with our group. We had a great time and would definitely recommend to anyone with a group.
