About this house rental

Located in Mohave Valley, this lovely house for $406 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Our place is a 3bedroom 2 bath spacious riverfront home with private dock. It is fully furnished and fully stocked to provide our guests with the ease and comfort that we ourselves appreciate. Master Bedroom has KING BED. 2ND room has a KING bed and the 3RD guest room has 2 twin beds. All rooms have a plasma TV. The kitchen is fully stocked (ie. cookware, dishware, paper goods, appliances, basic condiments) and their is a water filtration system so there is never a shortage of drinking water. The outside patio has not only a beautiful view of river to enjoy but also a BBQ grill and patio furniture for your use. There is a private staircase that leads down to private dock, beach and river. Guests have access to private dock. Sleeps 6 guests comfortably. Directly across the street there is parking for boat trailers, a community pool and spa, volley ball and basket ball courts. The Rivers Edge Golf Course is in walking distance and Needles and Jack Smith Marinas are less than a 10 minute drive. Laughlin and Lake Havasu City are about a 30-45 minute drive where you will find dining, shopping, and lots of entertainment. There are many year round activities to participate in such as hiking, off-roading, fishing, and golfing all within an hours distance.

The property was spacious and was perfect for our family of 2 adults and 4 kids. The bed in the master was very comfortable. The house was perfectly located within the community, on the river side and directly across the street from the community pool, hot tub, basketball & volleyball courts. One nice surprise for the kids with Arizona being on the other side of the river one hour ahead, is that we got to experience the new year’s countdown and fireworks twice within an hour. How novel. The home was perfectly located for day trips to Laughlin/Bullhead City, Lake Havasu and Oatman. I think the kids liked the historic town of Oatman best given all the burros on the roadway leading into town they got to meet. We would definitely stay at this property again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We have stayed many places over the years in Needles, and this by far is one of my most favorites. The view, the dock & the personal beach made for perfection.

One nice thing is that the morning sun comes into the living room, but by the afternoon when it is hot, it is now in the shade, so one does not have to close the blinds and you can enjoy the river view...inside or outside. The bedrooms were dark, when we needed them to be, so sleeping in was easy. I brought my own mini-Keurig but was happy to see they have a combo coffee, Keurig maker, so next time I will not need to bring one. Outside, having the rinse off with hot or cold water for removing sand, is great. Neighbors a couple of doors down were super friendly and welcoming. Parking was easy and just across the street. The location on the river was great, with deep water and we were lucky as the dam was releasing large amounts of water. I tied my classic jet boat between the two Docks, and it was very protected from boat traffic. We enjoyed all aspects of this rental. If you can make this happen...STAY HERE! :-)

Our family enjoyed the cozy river front property with private beach and dock. The property and kitchen was well stocked. And the décor was nice and made for nice family pictures. I enjoyed the covered patio area that was furnished where we had breakfast overlooking the river. My family looks forward to renting this property again for a wonderful river experience.

House was just as described, it was so convenient to have the dock with the boat and the dock is really good quality, I’d feel very comfortable leaving my boat there for a few days. House was well stocked and we had plenty of room for our family. Parking for your boat is directly across the street and so is the swimming pool. Our family will definitely be back! :)

We've stayed in several houses in the Rio Buena Vista complex, but the Marsden property is by far one of the best. You can't beat the riverfront views and easy access. The dock is a major plus as well as we love the ease of having our boat ready for a cruise at a moment's notice. The house was clean and well appointed. We will definitely stay here again.

This was our second time renting this house and we loved it just as much as the first time. Our favorite part is that we have our own patch of beach to set up our chairs and just relax all day on the river. The house is fantastic too. Clean, comfortable beds and TVs in every room. The owner was great and easy to contact every step of the way. Will definitely be renting this house again.

Great house in a good spot on the river. The Marsden’s house is well maintained, very clean, and as described. Everything you need to enjoy a quick weekend or extended stay. The dock is a huge bonus to keep tour toys safe. Great communication with Jeff and Christine and check in/out was very easy.
