About this house rental
Situated in Crested Butte, this attractive house for $350 per night is a great option for your next break. Town home located in the quaint village of Crested Butte. Construction completed in 1998 with incredible views of the surrounding mountains. Open, sunny living space. Three levels including a heated mudroom entryway, two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, a sleeping loft with two queen beds and half bath, two additional full baths, complete laundry and kitchen with everything you'll need. Main level has vaulted ceiling, gas fireplace, walk-out deck with gas barbecue, adjoining kitchen. Cozy mountain decorations throughout. Sleeps up to eight people in four queen beds. Radiant heat to warm your toes! Conveniently located two blocks from the free shuttle that takes you on the seven minute, three mile ride up to Crested Butte Mountain Ski Resort. Quiet, in town location is where you want to be. Park your car and walk to nearby restaurants, night spots, theaters, and shopping. Walk out the front door to Nordic ski trails in the winter and mountain bike and hiking trails summer and fall. Beautiful, comfortable, and convenient! This was such a great place to stay, close to everything we wanted to do together and individually. There were 8 of us- a set of grandparents, a set of toddler parents, a couple, a dog, and of course the toddler. Everyone had an excellent time and there was space to relax, cook and visit. Would totally stay here again!!

It was cold and snowing when we got there.. the fireplace and warm floors were nice. Living area was perfect. for meals, football and comraderie. Beds were comfy and warm. Town was a 10 minute walk....front porch and balcony porch would have been nice...but snow interrupted that..ha ha

Excellent house, in an excellent location. Check in was easy, the property is kept in outstanding condition, and we will stay again here in a heartbeat.

We came for a wedding and everything was within walking distance! The area was beautiful, loved the porch and the atmosphere! Enjoyed reading some books on the shelf and watching football in the living room. Worked out perfectly for my family, would definitely recommend this house!

We enjoyed our stay at Paul’s place in Crested Butte! It was cozy, fully stocked, and close to downtown. We loved that we could bring our pup with us as well. Would love to stay here again!

This was a great home for 4-6 people. Very clean , comfortable beds , high end sheets and feather pillows. Very comfortable living room and kitchen on the middle level of 3 floors. Beautiful view from this level. Great deck with awesome chairs to sit on and enjoy the view. And a well maintained BBQ too ! TV with all the bells and whistles. Great fireplace and heated floors that maintain perfect temperature on all levels. Owners very responsive via messages on the app. Great instructions in the kitchen that answer any question you may think of. Perfect location , just quiet enough. Highly recommend!

A taste of Heaven!
We LOVED this property and the fact that a few townie bikes were available for use is HUGE plus. More than enough space for our family of 4, the upstairs patio is just a great view to enjoy your morning cup of coffee. House was equipped with any essential you may need and you cannot beat it's location. We WILL be back!!!!

We had a great stay! Plenty of room, great location close to downtown CB and a 5 minute drive to ski - you could also easily walk to the free shuttle if you don't want to pay for parking. and also walk to downtown, but we had a LOT of snow so drove. The kitchen was well equipped, and the fireplace kept us comfy. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely stay again! Thanks for everything!

We loved our stay at this property! Bright and open, great living space and a perfect location. We loved being able to walk to Elk Ave around the corner. Amazing view of Mt Crested Butte. Would definitely recommend!
