About this house rental

Nestled in Seaside, this attractive house for $294 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Enjoy the beautiful Oregon coast in a newer, nice home. Watch the golfers. Enjoy the views of Tillamook Head and the Coast Range. Take a 1/4 mile walk to the beach, the local grocery store or the local pub. Ride our beach cruisers on the prom. It's only ~1 mile into town for additional shopping and dining. Enjoy the beach, go clamming and watch the sunset. Challenge yourself on the 9 hole golf course. Watch one of the >100 movies we have on hand or Play Pool or Ping Pong. I also have some older Nintendo games. Please scroll down to see the other amenities I have to offer. The 3 bedrooms and 2 of the bathrooms are upstairs. We have a queen in the master, a queen and a full size futon in the 2nd bedroom, a queen and twin trundle beds in the 3rd bedroom and a small office office area. I also have a crib, a pack-n-play and a high chair. Check in is at 4PM and check out is at 11AM, but this is flexible depending upon other bookings. Parking is only allowed in the garage or driveway (3 spaces). I have had many guests ignore this rule resulting in neighbors calling the city to complain and the city threatening to revoke my license. I have had to include a refundable $200 parking fee to help enforce this rule. If I don't get a call from the city, this will be refunded. NOTE: I do allow pets, but they cannot be left unattended on the property. Please bring a crate or kennel and use it if you need to leave your pet alone. There is also a non-refundable pet fee. Our family had a great time at Mike’s place. Nice big kitchen for group meals, fun stuff to do in the garage, plenty of bedrooms and sleeping areas, charming outdoor patio, backs to golf course for privacy, and the beach is only a short walk away. Everything is perfect for a family gathering, with lots to do for all ages. We will be back!

This condo was perfect for our family of five, and could have easily accommodated more. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed so it made cooking easy. it was an easy walk to the beach and had nice fenced yard for our dog. We particularly enjoyed the ping - pong table and all of the beach toys!

An easy walk to the spectacular beach, and plenty of different private spaces in the home. Once we figured out the media system, we enjoyed movies & games on the tv. And the teens appreciated the garage game room. We would definitely return.

This space was perfect for our group. The owner worked with us to allow our dogs to be there. The location was perfect for us to travel to our wedding location quickly. The only critiques are the bathroom fans need to be cleaned, and this home was designed for taller people. I am 5’2” and climbing into bed was comical. We’re planning to reserve this space again next year. Thank you so much.

We enjoy the beach in Winter, this was a great location to be able to get to the beach quickly yet in a quiet neighborhood. Great amenities like ping pong table and video games for those rainy days. Will look forward to returning.

An outstanding and comfortable 3-bedroom location. Well appointed and fenced yard when traveling with 4-legged family! An easy 3 block walk to the quietest beach in Seaside. Just behind the golf course if you want to get a few holes in.

Loved the view, short walk to beech, short walk to board walk, just about a mile to shops and dining, cute market around the corner. Was perfect but just wish bed in main room was bigger and softer but perfect for those who like a firm mattress etc. overall we’d stay again!

The property was great and quite spacious. Only niggles are that for whatever reason cleaning supplies and consumables such soaps, shampoos and garbage bags are locked up and rationed. We had a party of 7 adults over the Thanksgiving holiday. Obviously it would be expected that we would use kitchen garbage bags. Being allotted only 2 garbage bags before having to call management to give us more over a holiday weekend frankly seemed ridiculous. Aside from this peculiar quirk, the property was wonderful.

Absolutely loved this property. Beautiful and spacious with everything you need. So nice to sit in the backyard and watch people golf and just enjoy the view. Super short walk to the beach and more. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

The two story townhome is located a few minutes in one direction to the cove beach access and a few minutes walk in the other direction to the fabulous Seaside boardwalk. This is a walkers paradise. The townhome is well furnished and spacious. The kitchen is very nice, opening into the open living area. The owner is very available to help with any questions. We've stayed here 3 summers in a row, booking a year in advance. Does that tell you something? Also- fairly priced and great cancellation terms. Bikes in the garage which is a nice bonus. Recommend this place with 5 stars. Thanks, Mike.

This place was the greatest place I’ve stayed on the Oregon coast. We brought our dog, an Aussie, Border collie mix and he loved the backyard. The walk to the beach only took 10 minutes and it was an easy one. We loved the entertainment set and the large garden tub. I would stay here again.
