Located in Tisbury, this charming house for $770 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Welcome to Martha's Vineyard. So many of our guests have returned year after year because they find our property to be centrally located, clean, updated and relaxing. We strive to make our home comfortable, fresh and modern. In fact every year we add something new to make our home even more special and comfortable. The living area is an architecturally designed living space built for maximizing the incredible views of the landscaped grounds while providing an airy lounging space for your relaxation. The home has a central air conditioning and dehumidifying system, as well as a wood burning classic fireplace for cozy nights. The dining room has seating for 6 with plenty of room for more with the expandable table. There is a large flat screen Samsung SMART TV with plenty of streaming options. You can stream music through the Bose system or play CDs for those who want to bring their own music. The kitchen, which has additional seating for 3 at the Granite counter, is fully stocked with all the high end pots and pans you will need, including baking equipment, coffee maker, Keurig machine, Nespresso, microwave, toaster oven, etc. Each bedroom is outfitted with its own Samsung flat-screen TVs. The basement has a large TV, X-Box, and ping pong table for those rainy days. The outdoor oasis begins with a wonderful large Azek rear deck with Pottery Barn Teak furnishings, teak dining table and space for everyone. The deck leads onto a blue stone patio complete with a second teak dining table, teak seating, Lynx grill, and outdoor wood fire pit for S'mores. Right off the deck is an enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower, perfect for after the beach or even as your regular everyday shower if you wish! The front porch has seating and is a wonderful space to take in the park like setting, the picturesque meadow directly across from the home, watch sunsets or for star gazing. Centrally located to Edgartown, Vineyard Haven, West Tisbury, Chilmark, and Oak Bluffs. Just a short drive will take you to any of the town beaches and the Sailing Camp Park is a quick bike ride away. The home is located on over a 1/2 acre of landscaped property in a beautiful, private, neighborhood, with private paved roads great for biking and is wonderful for families, friends or even a romantic getaway. The community is exclusive to guests and is tranquil and quiet. The bike path and the bus route is located right off of the community and is a breeze to get to. Within a very short walk is the State Park with jogging trails and places to explore, the newly beautifully redone Vineyard Family Tennis center where you can rent court time. A very short distance away is the excellent YMCA with daily or weekly passes for all your workouts complete with babysitting and teen center. There is also an ice skating rink and skateboard park nearby. Please note we are a pet free home and while we love animals we are unable to accommodate them on our property. Martha’s Vineyard has been a great vacation location for years and there is lots to do, including gorgeous beaches, fine dining, shopping, golf courses, tennis courts, deep-sea fishing, sailing, kayaking and much, much more. The house and location was perfect for our family getaway on the island. We have been coming to the Vineyard for years and this was by far the best place we have stayed. The yard and landscaping was pristine and well maintained with a variety of flowers, hedges, and trees. It was very private and relaxing. The lawn was like a carpet under your feet. The back deck/patio and fire pit met our evening wind down needs, and the space inside had a clean and spacious layout - the tv room had high ceilings, large windows, and was great for our young one to play in. Chris was very communicative and responsive during the entire process. We were thrilled to have chosen this home for our vacation and would return/recommend it to others!

We had a great time! The house was beautifully appointed and the grounds were immaculate! The property manager was very attentive, responsive, and provided extremely detailed instructions. We thoroughly enjoyed our time! Looking forward to next summer!

We had a great 3 nights. The firepit and patio was phenomenal for evening hang-out time. The location was about in the middle for venturing to either Edgartown or OB which was nice. And the house seemed perfectly equipped with everything we needed. We'd definitely stay here again if fate allows.

I hope this stay is the first of many. Everything about the house is perfect. The location is great - close to everything but secluded. The house is beautiful and comfortable. Chris the host is wonderful to deal with. He is very thoughtful and responsive. We all had a wonderful time and can’t wait to return.

Perfect Family Getaway
We had a wonderful time at Chris's property. The check-in process was easy and the house was perfect for our family of five. The outdoor space is beautiful and perfect for kids and adults. The kids played in the yard and the adults sat around the fire pit. The house is in a great location, close to many beaches and towns. Chris was incredibly responsive and easy to reach. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking to escape and relax.

Beautiful home in great location
We loved staying in this home! Bring your own sheets and towels - but the floor mats in bathroom and kitchen hand towel is provided. It had all the comforts of home, and more! We found a moldy bread loaf left by cleaning company on top of refrigerator but it was no big deal to get rid of it. Nice stove and pans there and great Tupperware for making a lunch to bring to the beach. We rented bikes and the bikes paths are right outside this development. The outdoor is really nice but the shower feels like it’s in view of the camera out back, but you can throw a towel over the side where the camera is. The two bedrooms upstairs are both queen beds and two twin beds in one bedroom off the kitchen. We will stay there again for sure on another trip to the vineyard. Thank you!

This was our best home rental on the Vineyard so far! We would love to return again next year! Beautifully decorated and fully stocked kitchen with everything you need. Immaculate with everything you could need!
The owners have thought of everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The property is well manicured with high end outdoor furniture and grill. We loved the outdoor shower after beach days! Inside is super clean and comfortable. Kitchen has literally anything you could possibly need for meals and cocktails. The neighborhood is very convenient to explore the island while being tucked away on a quiet street. Highly recommend!

Beautiful vacation home with great amenities. Chris has done an amazing job with the property. The grounds are meticulous and the outdoor deck and dining space are fabulous! Blissful tranquility, close but just far enough
This is truly one of the best residences we’ve stayed in on island. To say Chris and LaVerne think of every possible thing, way before you arrive, is an understatement. So clean, bright, beautiful - modern yet cozy - we really cannot say enough around how special they made our week. They were beyond accommodating, sweet and thorough. If they add a bedroom, they have us for life!!

We stayed at this idyllic property in May. This was a tranquil setting, far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the town centers but close enough to get there quickly. We really enjoyed the home and plan on staying next year again. The owners really keep it clean and fresh and it has all the amenities you could ask for.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this house. It have all the necessary amenities, it's clean and modern with easy access to the beach which is one of our favorites.We also enjoyed relaxing in the backyard orby a warm fire on the inside. I will definitely recommend it to our friends and we can't wait to go back next summer.

This home is perfect for entertaining family and friends. The yard is great for the kids to play volleyball and run around. The deck is spacious and provides enough room for relaxing and entertaining. The owners provided lots of information and updates about our stay and the island. Definitely returning next year.

Fantastic Property! Wonderful owners! Perfect stay.
We just checked out today and we already miss our home away from home. We are a family of 4 with a 14 year old and a 12 year old. The house was perfect for our family. The house is immaculate. Although we did not cook, the kitchen is well appointed. Beautiful hardwood floors. The house smelled and looked very clean and neat. The backyard is lovely with plenty of room. We had a great time just kicking back on the comfortable backyard furniture relaxing. The owners were a pleasure do deal with. They sent informative emails from the before our stay and gave helpful tips during our stay. We have been coming to Martha's Vineyard since 2011 and this has been our best stay so far. We truly had a perfect week in the Vineyard. Thank you for renting to us.

Very enjoyable experience.
We left the Vineyard Haven ferry dock and were at the house within 10 minutes. As close as we were, we were in a quiet and secluded location. That was just one of the beauties of this property. The house and yard were fantastic; well kept and well furnished, with a very homey and welcoming feel. Lots of space to spread out. Close proximity to beaches, golfing, tennis, shopping, restaurants and sightseeing allowed us to enjoy a variety of activities. Even though we had a car, well maintained bike paths and accessible bus transportation would make it easy to get around the island. When we weren't out and about, we were relaxing on the comfortable deck, dining on the brick patio or watching TV on the large screen in the family room. An outdoor grill and a well-stocked kitchen made meal prep easy for those times we ate in.

Our Trip To MV
This was our first trip to M.V. and the home exceeded all of our expectations. The bedrooms were large and had plenty of storage and closet space. The kitchen has all new appliances, and plenty of dishes, kitchen utensils and small appliances.
The living and dining areas were comfortable and nicely decorated.
The yard has many comfortable seating areas and the front porch provided seating as well. You could tell that the owners put a lot of pride in the curb appeal. The property has many beautiful trees and flowers. The house was convenient to all the towns yet far enough away to provide plenty of room for a family to spread out.
We hope that this property is available again next year!

Magical stay in beautiful Oak Bluffs home
The house was immaculate and well appointed. It had everything and more, all high end appliances and very beautifully decorated. The outdoor space was expansive, we played badminton in the yard, cooked great meals indoor and out. The outdoor grill is great! The home is actually located on the edge of Edgartown and we were able to access all towns with ease. Already making plans for 2016!!! Thank you to the owners, they were easy to work with and really put together a great package.

Oak Bluffs Home
What a lovely home! Renting this home was so much more comfortable and convenient than staying in a hotel. We were able to cook our own meals, which was so easy with the children at breakfast, and dine alfresco surrounded by the beautifully shaded yard. In addition, many a margarita was shared by the adults on the sun deck. The house is beautifully decorated with a beach theme and oh so comfortable. We love the town hubs but it was so nice to be away from the congested fray and yet be there in minutes whenever the mood struck to go to a restaurant or do some shopping. We found an awesome beach nearby and had the loveliest day there. My favorite part? The AWESOME outdoor shower which I indulged in every morning. Looking for a home to rent on M.V.? Look no further!

Beautiful Oak Bluffs Home Perfect for Couples and Small Families
We stayed in this lovely Oak Bluffs Home August 8-15, 2015 for our annual Martha's Vineyard vacation. This was actually my first time using VRBO, and connecting with the owners via VRBO email and phone was top notch, professional, warm and inviting! The home is located right at the edge of Vineyard Haven and Oak Bluffs---right at the Roundabout. The home has recently been remodeled and it is gorgeous. The outdoor space is fabulous--perfect for breakfast, dinner, or cocktails. The outdoor shower and grill was divine. One of the best features is access to NETFLIX! We also used the washer/dryer, beach chairs, beach umbrella, and all the other amenities provided. This is a perfect vacation home for two couples or a small family. We had 5 adults and 1 child in our group and we had plenty of room both inside and outside. The VTA bus stop is literally steps from the house and the MV High School is right around the corner. Up Island and the Airport--literally 5 minutes away. To go into town (Oak Bluffs) to Circuit Ave was an easy 10 minute drive and one day we actually walked to Vineyard Haven to Stop And Shop to get some exercise :-) We also had a car because we wanted to easily go back and forth to Oak Bluffs proper. I would recommend a car if you are on the fence or not to rent one. We rented in Providence, RI and brought it over on the ferry. All in all, it was a wonderful home that we hope to return to in the years to come!

This was a great home, and we felt like we were in a hotel. Plenty of outdoor space and a really good location. Home was clean and updated, beautifully decorated. We will be staying next year and have already told the owners!
