This beachfront condo on the top floor of the 6-story Sea Vista Condos offers a Spectacular View of the South Padre Beach and the Gulf of Mexico. The condo and its balcony face the beach, with floor-to-ceiling windows across the living room and master bedroom. Even the kitchen has a view!

From the ground floor of the Sea Vista Condos you can walk right onto the beach. No streets to cross. No need to pack the car. Head down the elevator and walk right out onto miles of sandy beach.
This 1,050 SF 2-BR 2-Bath condo sleeps up to six, with king bed in the master, a queen bed in the guest bedroom, and if needed, a comfortable queen sofa-sleeper in the living room.
The Master Bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, a master bathroom, and large closet. The view from the master bedroom is amazing.
The Second/Guest Bedroom has a queen size bed, large closet and television.
A fully-equipped Kitchen is key to a relaxing vacation. We know it’s important to be able to prepare meals and snacks without running back and forth to the store to buy all the things you’d expect in a kitchen. We've outfitted the kitchen with that goal.
The Living Room has comfortable seating, a 50” LED flat screen TV with HD cable service, and of course a magnificent view of the famous South Padre Beach, and Sunrises on the Gulf of Mexico.
Wireless internet (WIFI), secure and dedicated to this condo, is included.
The Sea Vista complex has two swimming pools, and two tennis courts. Unassigned parking is provided inside the fenced lot with a security entry gate.
Across the street is the Schlitterbahn Water Park.

Amazing spot. Right on the beach with a beautiful floor to ceiling view. The furnishings were very nice and comfortable. The place was very well kept up. I have stayed in this building three different times and this condo was my favorite. Highly recommend.

The view was amazing, right in front of the beach, the whole apartment was beautiful and clean, well stack with all the essentials. Everything that was advertised is exactly what you’re getting. Five stars for sure.

This condo was perfect. The location at the very South end of the island was very quiet. The pool was warm and clean. Walk right out of the building to the beach. We would definitely stay here again and will recommend to family and friends.
