Guest bedroom is set up with a comfortable Queen bed, and the guest bathroom with shower/tub is just steps away. Laundry closet is equipped with full-sized GE washer/dryer, and an outdoor storage room is located just outside the front door. Transfer fee allows you to enjoy full membership to River Strand so you can take advantage of 27 holes of championship golf (inquire for current rates), 9 har-tru lighted tennis courts, 8 pickleball courts, several resort style pools, spa, 2 fitness centers, restaurants, bars & more. This is truly luxury living at its best!!! This condo is conveniently located just minutes from I-75 where you will find a Costco and Target. The place unbelievably clean and well stocked. The property manager got right back with answers to questions. The owner informed us when there was maintence work being done. I would highly recommend this property.

We just finished an amazing 4 weeks at this beautiful location. Tony was a gem to deal with, always available to answer any questions and quick to respond! The condo is beautiful, super comfy bed, VERY well equipped with everything we needed and then some! The pools were great, this gated community was spotless with excellent service from the clubhouse, the restaurants, and upon check in. I highly recommend this property and Tony. Also, so close to so many fun destinations (beaches, shopping, walking trails, and restaurants) to name a few. Thanks so much Tony, for making our first experience as snowbirds a most wonderful one!
